I would also LOVE to see a source especially considering we have very tenuous confermation of Ravnica coming back at all.
(The source is someone the Mods trust but the info they got could be bad)
People REALLY need to stop saying " _____ will return because I like them" or "____ is our walker because they are due for a new version" those are not good reasons for a walker to return.
Garruk was last seen chasing Lilliana he has a story reason to be there and as many people have pointed out G walkers are lacking.
Many of the walkers people are bringing up have problems elsewhere (Nissa busy with the Eldrazi for one).
Ral Zerek and Koria are from Duels and may or may not even receive cards so I realy wish people would stop bringing them up at all.

Sorry, not confirmed. Just really obviously in a picture set on Ravnica. Unless they put a massive floating city into Innistrad, which would be an interesting surprise. Oh, and U/R color support, which would be kinda weird since Fetches just rotated, and the color support in Innistrad is all Allied. The information we do have makes a strong case for Ravnica being a return set in the future, what with Ral Zarek seemingly being from there (U/R deck, Ravnica scenery in the background), Gideon going to Ravnica to seek aid, Jace operating out of Ravnica, and such.
Ral Zarek is highly unlikely to be in Innistrad, because;
A.) His deck in duels m12 is U/R. Why would they release a planeswalker with an unsupported mana base?
B.) We have Lilliana and Sorin confirmed for the Block- leaving ~3 more planeswalkers to go. We have indication (Confirmation from MaRo actually) that another known Planeswalker will show up, leaving ~2 slots. If you want to know why that's relevant, see point A.
It's more reasonable to assume that they plan on returning to Ravnica eventually, something backed by both the Lore and Good Business Sense, than it is to assume this early on that enemy colors will suddenly be getting support in a set that plans to feature allied color Horror tropes (unless you can remind me of an U/R horror trope?).
EDIT: Ajani's M12 deck implies that he may show up, which fits with MaRo's post. We barely know anything about Koria, so she might be in it, though we have too many indicators that Ral Zarek doesn't fit with Innistrad overall. Koria was also on that poster, so she'll probably be showing up sooner, rather than later.
DOUBLE EDIT: They'll receive cards. Karn and Venser got PW cards, and they aren't even in DOP m12. Why would Koria be on a promo poster, if not to promote some future set she'll be in?
. We have no reason to assume a W/B walker, or the colors of Kiora (though I understand there's some decent evidence she is U/G). Other than that, it generally fits with what we know about the set.
It will most likely be Garruk and I believe that he will be B/G since Liliana basically turned him into a zombie
Will most likely not happen, same reason Bolas 2.0 is very unlikely to happen. Even though it seems to be a very dark setting, I REALLY doubt we'd get 3 black planeswalkers in the first two sets of the block, especially if there are only two in Innistrad. It will most likely be something completely different, to contrast it. A B/W Ajani seems to make a lot of sense.

I know! Just like Sorin's pictured on Zendikar, right? Just because they show a walker in the setting he's comfortable with doesn't mean he can't be on a different plane.

Kiora has been stated to be green/blue:
Kiora Atua is a merfolk planeswalker who commands the powers of the depths. Kiora venerates the huge creatures of the sea—krakens, leviathans, and other denizens of the inky depths—because for her they are evidence that even the most persistent forces can be endured: time, water, predation, and darkness. Kiora is a blue- and green-aligned Planeswalker. She seems calm and wise, but her dreams are bizarre beyond imagining.
This information has just been out there since MAY. Really that's like yesterday...

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
It feels like the speculation is getting out of hand, I think we need to refocus on what we know so far.
The (main) purpose of this thread is to guess the identity of the second walker in Innistrad (the first set, not the block).
For those who didn't bother to read MaRo's comment in the link in the first post, I quote: "In the San Diego Comic-Con Panel, I said the other planeswalker (Innistrad has two) is also a planeswalker you already know, aka has formerly been printed as a planeswalker." This automatically rules out Kiora Atua and Ral Zarek, as well as Rhys (which I saw someone suggest).
Sorin is also out, since he will be in Dark Ascension, not Innistrad.
Now, based on what we know of the storyline so far, the planeswalker with the strongest storyline link to Liliana is obviously Garruk. I strongly believe that Garruk will appear at some point in the Innistrad storyline. That said, I have doubts that Garruk will appear in the first set. A first-set Garruk will probably be B/G because of his 'taint', which may overlap too much with Liliana, being in the same set. A later Garruk avoids this overlap, as well as allowing Wizards time to set up for a 'cleansed' version of Garruk. (Note that this overlap thing is by no means a hard and fast rule. Shards of Alara had Ajani Vengeant, who overlapped in red with Sarkhan and white with Elspeth.)
Other than Garruk, the planeswalkers who have had some form of interaction with Liliana are Jace, Bolas and Tezzeret, Tezzeret being less likely because of his current involvement on Mirrodin/New Phyrexia. The only walker with connections to Sorin AFAIK is Nissa. Once again she doesn't seem too likely due to her involvement with the Zendikar conflict, although she might decide to chase Sorin to Innistrad.
Beyond that, Wizards could easily write some unrelated walker into the Innistrad storyline, although at that point it's pretty much blind speculation, i.e. anything goes. We might well see a white or green walker (black's enemies) appear to cure Garruk, which sort of lends credence to the Ajani argument, but it just as well could be Elspeth or Gideon or Nissa, or a completely new walker in a later set.
Some people have pointed to AvNB as evidence of Ajani's presence in Innistrad, but I disagree for a few reasons. Of all the PW vs PW Duel Decks we have so far, only EvT has foreshadowed the events of the block immediately after it. JvC came out just after SoA, almost a whole year before Zendikar, while GvL came just after Zendikar but hasn't been linked to any block yet. Also, AvNB is a clear reference to the Alara storyline, rather than Innistrad's. In fact, if you look at the Duel Decks and the blocks we've had so far:
Ajani vs Nicol Bolas -> Alara
Jace vs Chandra -> Zendikar
Elspeth vs Tezzeret -> Mirrodin/New Phyrexia
Garruk vs Liliana -> ??? (Innistrad?)
Honestly i would love the idea of a G/W Ajani or a B/G Garruk, but my bets are on nissa for the same reason that has been stated..... Chasing Sorin. Garruk would make sense since Liliana is depicted in Innistrad, but being printed in M12 seems like it rules out Garruk. Over-all i'm really just not sure, but i Ajani/Koth/Elspeth/Sorin all seem like they wont be showing. Nicol Bolas has a finger in about every pie out there, however i dont think we will see a reprint of him...

Watch it be something like Jhoara or something, one of the time spiral walkers who had a card but not a walker card....who didn't die but somehow regained a spark.....or ixildor....or if my greatest of dreams were even possible ...Jeska
Jhoira was not a walker. She is just very, very old due to drinking slow time water. Also, Ixidor is dead.
But that is besides the point. Maro said that the second walker was a walker who had been printed as a walker previously (unless of course, he lied), thus we have a limited pool of potential candidates, specifically:
Of those we can safely eliminate Liliana, since it is unlikely she will get two cards in one set. We can also eliminate Venser due to him being, spoiler alert, deader than the proverbial dodo.
We can probably also eliminate the walkers who have been given a card in the last year or so, thus eliminating: Chandra, Elspeth, Garruk, Gideon, Jace, Karn, Koth, Sorin, Tezzeret, and Venser.
This leaves Ajani, Nicol Bolas, Nissa, and Sarkhan as the most likely candidates to get a new card. Of these I believe that Ajani and Nissa are the primary suspects to get a new card.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
What do we know off the printed walkers so far and reasons for the being in ISD?
karn got his hand full on mirrodin not likely
Venser is dead
Koth Could be but i doubt 2 versions
Chandra got 3 versioins not likely
jace too
Garruk has business with her but not likely in the first set
Elspeth could be but doubt it
ajani had no reprint maybe hes up for version 3
Nicol bolas doubt it 2 walkers featering black seems highly unlikely to me
Tezzeret same story as for bolas himself
Nissa revane seriously do not hope its her
sorin got some art spoiled with sorin on it but dont see the relevance of 2 black walkers
sarkan vol/the mad also a good contender for the spot betrayed by bolas and out for revenge?
gideon jura just got reprinted doubt it.
So its either sarkan ajani thats where my money is on.
There's no reason why you can't have two black pw's in a set.
I can't answer that cos i'm not designing the set, say we had Lilliana and Garruk. If Lilliana was B, BR or BU and Garruk was BG i wouldn't be bothered.
