I doubt there is going to be any new lands or mana fixing because that would put too much demand on this product for 4-of deck construction in other casual formats. It is possible to make a wedge deck with existing common and uncommon artifacts and lands that people have already listed, plus you can use Scourge's typecycling, Conflux's basic landcycling, and one of Alara Reborn's dual typecycling.
For reference, here's the Heavenly Inferno deck, sheared to normal proportions:
Let the comparison begin!
BTW, I see duals! Last card third row, first card fourth row!
Edit: also note the Rakdos Signet and Boros Signet fourth row from below. Akroma, Angel of Fury third row from below, fourth card. Malfegor second row from below, first card.
4th row, 3rd from the right looks like Akoum Refuge.
First row, last 3 cards look like nonbasic lands (compare to the mountains in the first row and swamps in the second row).
1) Yes that looks like Akoum Refuge, and it's a logical inclusion.
2) There's 24 basic lands. Look at the last red card on the first row, it's a basic mountain with the exact same art as another mountain on the first row.
3) Also a logical inclusion.
So the manabases are indeed common and uncommon "duals". I'm still hoping for some Ravnica duals or Zendikar fetches.
Can anyone ID some of the nonland cards on the sheet?

Yes there is no need for new (rare) landfixing, as we have so many already. Plus, many of the 51 slots are taken by random new generals and multiplayer-driven designs.
I think I see a Sacred Foundry 4 row either 2nd card or 5th card, looking at other R/W lands as well, the blur doesnt help. I think the second card is most likley Boros karoo land.
3rd row 2nd to last card has a pretty unique art even in this blur, Black/Red land prolly.

3rd row 9th card is Probably R/B karoo. 5th row 7th card Could be W/B one but that may be to far down for the lands, unless they seperated some stuff by color.
It seems that each of the 10 signets and 10 karoos could be represented once across all five decks, with each deck getting 1 ally signet, 1 enemy signet, 1 ally karoo, and 1 enemy karoo. Since this would mean that each deck's signets and karoos can't center along the central color of the deck (if they did, there would only be enemy signets and karoos), they are probably offset in opposite directions, meaning...
WBR deck - red signets (Rakdos Signet, Boros Signet) with black karoos (Rakdos Carnarium, Orzhov Basilica)
URG deck - green signets (Simic Signet, Gruul Signet) with red karoos (Izzet Boilerworks, Gruul Turf)
BWG deck - white signets (Orzhov Signet, Selesnya Signet) with green karoos (Golgari Rot Farm, Selesnya Sanctuary)
etc.
Definitely hard to tell, but I like the looks of what people are seeing. It's not an expensive mana base, but they're certainly giving us a plenty usable one.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if it is Path to Exile, but 6H doesn't quite look right to me.
E4 is the Boros Karoo, I3 looks like Valakut to me, which would be odd.
A5 looks like it SHOULD be ID able, but I can't place it.
8 Mountains, 8 Swamps, 8 plains, 14-16 non-basics (J4 doesn't look like a land, and I4 I am also not sold on being a land, so I lean to 14 non-basics, 38 total land.
What I DON'T see is anything that could be Rocky Tar Pits (Per Grasslands it would have a Black and Red text box, but only A4 and H4 fit that and both are recognizable). Maybe I3 is Rocky Tar Pits, if so it has new art (but that makes more sense then Valakut in a 100 card deck with 8 mountains).

B5 appears to be leave no trace F5 looks like its Mark of Mutiny and F10 makes me think Voice of All but its just t0o blurry, its got roughly the shape but I'd think even this blurry you'd be able to see some of the other colors so I might be off base here. I4 puts me in mind of everflowing chalice
I'd love input and advice!

Also, in the Land section, I see a Barren Moor, Forgotten Cave and Secluded Steppe.

Yes, I agree on the RB karoo, and even though we can't see them, I guess the other karoos will be there too.

Etheriel... that would explain why we don't seem to see the Orzhov signet...

G4 might be Barren Moor, J3 is the only one that looks like it might be a Black/White dual (Orzhov Bassilica or Orzhov, Church of Deals (or rare))
G3 is Secluded Steppe

I'm curious whether all of the black decks will include this and, if they do, what the other two decks will have in its slot.
here is an enhanced-ish version of the image, enhanced meaning I just ran it through the unsharpen mask on gimp. Hope this helps
You mean like in CSI where they can take a blurry picture, hit enhance, and the suspect becomes clear as day? I'm on it... hahaha!
It's a pretty solid image considering the source material that this comes from - this is as good as it gets.
