I predict Black Zenith is a dread return for converted mana cost x.
This would be horrible compared to something like Profane Command. It will likely be either mass reanimation, mass removal, or draw x and lose x life. A sorcery speed skeletal scrying.
The white and black Zeniths are the Orb of Insight images.
All of the zeniths feature the center of culture of its color, and its creatures. The orb for Mirran cards has Ish Sah and black sun there, and the orb for Phyrexian cards has Taj-Nar and a leonin crowd. And the just spoiled green one has Tel-Jilad and elves. The blue one will undoubtedly feature Lumengrid.

Return all creatures of CMC X from graveyard to play would be awesome for EDH
Ok, first the arts, if it isn't obvious already, the white and Black Zenith arts match the Orb arts, after looking at the "Mirran" orb again, it's clear that it's the White Zenith.
Notice that in each art it's the heart of their culture with the sun over it? Red Zenith has The Great Furnace in the background, the art for the black Zenith they're all stairing up at Ish Sha, The green art, the Sun consumes the top half of the tree of Tales and in the White Art, the Sun whites out what is clearly the top of the Ancient Den. I'm curious to see how they do the art for the blue one.
If there's one thing I've noticed it's that the art is no indication of what it'll do. In every art it's a bunch of that color's creatures staring at the Sun around their Cultural capitals. So trying to guess by art isn't the most sound idea by any means.
Also, the argument that "They won't do this because they did it a little while ago" doesn't hold. They've printed a number of similar cards block to block, even set to set. Hell they printed Cancel and oblivion ring back to back how many times?
I wouldn't mind if the white one gave all your creatures +X/+X and some two ability combo (like True Conviction), but it's highly unlikely. More likely it will just be aother mass token generator.
Despite the fact that I still won't play blue in T2, I think it would be nice to see "tap X creatures, they don't untap on their controller's next untap step." Given the mana cost and rarity, I actually think that's the most likely. A bribe type effect for any permanent would be a close second.
The Black one is the tough one, because it could do a number of things. Lose X life you gain X life seems plausible, but so does "return all creatures X or less from graveyard to battlefield," But so does "Discard X cards." Or it could even be "destroy X target nonblack creatures." I actually don't know which I would rather see print.
However if you studied the orb you would realise this is impossible.
The word "converted" will not show up on the black zenith.
Further study of the orb indicates an X/X token. I hope it has infect and haste.
Yeah, its unfortunate. Also we know it will not be a -X/-X sweeper since it also isn't in the orb. So the mass reanimation and sweeper ideas are out for black. There are 3 more hits for X in the orb (the 4th being taken by the green zenith) so the X/X could be for an artifact with cost X or could be for the zenith. There's also a +X/+X but that's very doubtfully involved with the black zenith.
EDIT: the +X/+X and another X go with bonehoard as pointed out by gvjb so that limits us to 2 X's and an X/X as possibilities for the black zenith.
so if it is a cycle why do they have different costs?
Blue one will be the most powerful
proliferate x times yes please
They have different cost because of balancing (the things that define the cycle are the X cost, shuffling and Zenith on the name). I doubt they are going to make a card that let you proliferate X times, that would be a bit overpowered don't you think?

At XUUU? I actually think that might not be overpowered. I want this card!

Phyrexian orb shows:
4 X
1 Converted (used in Green Sun's)
2 Cost
3 Mana
1 Less
0 Tokens
Lack of more hits for converted kills any hopes for necromancy hijinks, I think. And looks like no tokens either. A worst Mind Shatter seems a bit silly, so I am betting on a better Exsanguinate
I'm guessing graveyard return for two reasons. One, there seems to be a little bit of familiarity between the beacon's effect and the zenith's effect (Red damage to red x damage. Green creature token creation to green creature fetching). The other reason is that the guys in the image bellow look decidedly beyond their use by date. We're not seeing Nymm howling at the sun. These guys are decidedly beaten up.. very deadish. One has a hole in his head, and another is missing his internal organs completely.
It looks like 2/2 Zombie tokens to me! Albeit, phyrexian zombies!
the blue one is the weakest of the cycle. Like

Like Dominate, right? Only possibly spell-based.

It's in fact completely awesome. Wizards in recent memory have a good track record of identifying completely awesome things and making them.

Search your library for X cards and put those cards into your graveyard. Then shuffle this card into your library.
It's a 3CMC entomb, which isn't very broken. Wouldn't help Legacy reanimator at all, but people would love it.

No, +X/+0 is not in the orb.
