The announcement week article talked about HOU spoilers on Twitch today but haven´t seen anything.

Should be after the matches, near the end of the event.

They said we'll get spoilers once the Pro Tour ends if I remember correctly.

They're in round 11 of the GP right now. So probably a few hours still to go. They said there would be a game played with decks of oversized, all new cards sometime this evening.
