MSRP is 34.99 but that's the suggested retail price. No card shop has ever (at least in nearly every Californian shop I've gone to) has ever had any FTV for less than $50 and they've been steadily getting higher as the demand goes up.
I tried looking for them at retail shops, but I've only found them at specialty shops. Last FTV Relics was costing about 70-80 bux at my local shop and even at the price, they were selling like hotcakes. I imagine this might be similar to FTV Dragons and may not reach ridiculous heights, but if the portal cards are in there, then it's a distinct possibility... as I myself will be chasing to fetch a box.
My FLGS sold the others at MSRP. After the mess that was last year (too many people bragging about getting it at MSRP, myself included, resulted in people swooping in to try and buy 'em all up, which makes it much harder for the store to do something nice for their regulars), they're not sure if they're even going to bother ordering them this year.
I desperately hope the will reprint Jhoira with another art to behold.
I must say I love the new Teferi art, in my opinion it's much better than the old art, which I never liked much.
I will definately buy this box, as I did with the ones before this.
Wasn't Negator reprinted? And wasn't that card on the Reserved List?
So, what's the problem in printing those on the FtV product?
Added to the reserve list policy after that specific printing:
Premium Cards
A previous version of this policy allowed premium versions of cards on the reserved list to be printed. Starting in 2011, no cards on the reserved list will be printed in either premium or non-premium form.
Basically, they patched the loophole that had allowed them to do that. Why, I don't know, because there are some really cool Gener...Commanders on the list that don't need to be, or just are because of their print date, and we won't get them.
Still, I'll take an alt-art Momir Vig and a Foil Black Bordered Sun Quan, please.
Legendary Creatures already reprinted in new borders with/without foil treatments and with/without new art (excludes Chronicles and Anthologies). They could technically reprint these again but let us hope they don't. No point having another Sundering Titan scenario which was printed in From the Vaults Relics and Archenemy :-/. I've thrown the 3 Unhinged Legendary Creatures in here as well.
Turns out that a huge proportion of this list is either Kamigawa or Portal Three Kingdoms. Also, the only cards never seen in a white border are the Three Kingdoms ones so we should get one without a doubt. Chronicles and Anthologies were white bordered but those were already reprints of blackbordered cards so NEVER cannot be used to describe them...
So, if people want to pick their wishlist, at least start from the 369 potentials (without the Unhinged ones) or 336 without the already reprinted ones.
Then we can start excluding the wedge colours for the upcoming Commander decks and Teferi since he's already known...
Definitely hoping for Dong Zhou, the Tyrant. A Comes into Play ability on a Comander is tons of fun (just ask Godo). I've been trying to get my hands on a Dong (snicker) for awhile, but didn't want to drop $18 on him...
I have a feeling there will be a 5-color legend, which I'm going to guess is Cromat.
Since the reserved list, there is likely to be an uncommon Legends legend like Ramirez DiPietro (Add Ink-Eyes for Pirates vs. Ninjas?) or Sivitri Scarzam (because who doesn't like that art?). I'd bet there's also an Ishan's Shade too (iconic, but uncommon)
I'm thinking it will look like this:
Tefiri
(Shake Legend)
Ishan's Shade
Ramirez DiPietro
Xira Arien (or another rare chronicles legend)
Lin Sivvi or one of the Mageta the Lion cycle
Jareth or Sylvos
Cromat
One of the Myojin
Meloku
Sisay or Tahngarth
someone from P3K
someone from Rav block (I'm thinking Ghost council)
someone from a block not represented, or another P3K
(disclaimer: all above fairly baseless and slightly biased speculation)

His price will only go up if more people realize that he essentially says "Oh, hey, thanks for running Blightsteel Colossus!" after some FTV Dongs wreck a few faces.
I am hoping there's a legend from each creature type - at least significant ones like demon, dragon, angel, elf to name a few... One can only hope for an alternate art selenia....
I'm hoping they go with some obscure choices and not just a laundry list of "these are the most popular Commanders" as some people are expecting.
Of course, I'm slightly biased because my two Commander decks have slightly obscure Commanders, but hey, one can dream right?
What's most likely is a mixed bag. The most popular of Commanders are probably safe bets - Sharuum, for example, will probably be in.
The problem is that it's pretty hard to make predictions beyond "what would be good in Commander?" when card selection for the set is almost certainly going to be Commander-driven (much like many of the card choices in FTV: R).
The only appeal of FtV for me, the only reason that I spent that much money on a set that was 50% cards I couldn't use, was because I got foils of a couple cards that were on the reserve list for my draft cube.
Now that big companies like SCG have convinced WotC to go against the wishes of the player base and crack down on the reserve list, I can't see any reason to buy a FtV set again.

Vanilla Legendary Creatures that would be silly to include in a limited set such as From the Vaults:
Wasn't Isamaru played a lot back in the day?
I mean, if we're looking for legends that had some influence on the history of Magic, I think it might be odd to exclude him.
EDIT: Also, it never said that there couldn't be legendary noncreatures, so I'd like to add Legacy Weapon to my wishlist. I want better art!
Well, I believe the only Legendary Creatures that are white-bordered are from Portal Three Kingdoms. Well, Thursday is payday, so I got a new pre-order to put in...
YAYAYAYAYAY!!! This is the most exciting FTV yet imo. Definitely getting this one I believe.
High five for the year of EDH!

The 15 legendary creatures are all printed in the current card frame. For several, it is for the first time. From the OP

Teferi's art looks spectacular. I'm wondering who they'll consider to print in this set? I'm wondering if it will be a rehash of the Weatherlight storyline characters; they are iconic legendary cards.

Does this help with the baseless wishlists?
"You said you wanted to cast what?! Counter that!"
No. It's Dragon's Herald...it's been used for the last several announcements now. Before that, they used Gaea's Herald a lot.
Ahh, figures; card art from one of the sets I missed. Thank you
I'm excited for this. These FTV releases have been fantastic.
Unfortunatly I own the two first, that seems like the two most probable prints imo.

Chrome Mox isn't legendary, dude.
I also have a feeling that they may throw a legendary land or artifact in the set, just for kicks.

The announcement said they were all creatures.
I'm guessing the reason she was not in FTV: Exiled, was her future inclusion in FTV: Legends.
