The 15 legendary creatures are all printed in the current card frame. For several, it is for the first time.
From the Vault: Legends will be available world-wide in English only, and will have an extremely limited print run.
All cards are black bordered and tournament legal. This means that these cards are legal for use in any tournaments where the original printings are still legal. For some cards, it is their first time with a black border.

Definitely excited about this even if it was somewhat predictable that something to this effect would come out sooner or later. What really narrows down the guessing though is that several have not been printed in the new card frame but most of the legends that have been printed before masques block are on the reserved list.
Every rarity gets good cards. That means that some mythic rares will be tournament quality as will some commons, some uncommons and some rares. My promise wasn't that mythic rares wouldn't get good cards but that we wouldn't limit the good cards to only being mythic rare.
Bear this in mind the next time a powerful mythic rare is spoiled

Yeah I know, I'm just still relatively new to the game and don't know much about older cards. Its not a rhetorical question. Are there any good generals after P3K which haven't been printed in the new frames? Are there even any good ones in P3K?
Teferi art is killer, they're pushing Commander as hard as they should've pushed Planechase or Archenemy, and if any legends from Portal 3 Kingdoms make it in here, I may swoon with delight.

. . . There was discussion about the next FTV, and I brought this up with people from Capt. Black's (?) reference of the How I Met Your Mother quote. I'm excited for it, especially the preview legend, and I hope there's some awesome new art.

That's not unblockable. That's "can't be blocked by horsemanship." Pretty useless; I'd rather just run Thrun.

The only guys that can't block him would also be from P3K, he has can't be blocked by creatures WITH horsemanship not without. I'll be picking this up on MTGO just like I did relics.

It's a crying shame that so many Weatherlight Saga guys are on the reserve list. I'd be a lot more excited about a chance to get Commander Greven il-Vec or Ertai, Wizard Adept with new art and a new card face.

Unless P3K guys show up in this it shouldn't be too expensive to pick up. There are only a dozen or so legends not on the reserved list that are worth $10+.
Reprinting a legend from P3k with horsemanship will probably not happen because of player confusion. My top choice would be Kongming, "Sleeping Dragon."
