Yawgmoth, the ruler of Phyrexia, Lord of the Wastes, Father of Machines, is DEAD. He's passed on. He is no more! He has ceased to be! He is expired and gone to meet his maker! He is a stiff! Bereft of life, he rests in peace! He kicked the bucket, He has shuffled off his (apparently)mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!
So, it is Elspeth but 2 colors, worse evasion on the +1, replacing a good +1 ability with a situational -1, and a much worse ultimate. How does this make it cost one more mana?
Also, walkers usually have a little more of the art out of the box.
Not true! Her ability targets. If there is no target available, you can't activate it. Since it does say creature (not "creature you contro") you could target an opponent's creature, but...
It's out of design for pws. Doesn't mean it wouldn't be done. But the "to play" absolutely spells fake.
You can't activate the +1 if there is no creature to target just like you can't cast Searing Blaze or Chandra's Outrage if there is no creature to target. The ability has to have a legal target or it cant be activated and if you cant activate it then you cant pay the cost of putting a counter on Elspeth.
The fact that you can't always use the +1 and the "to play" both make me think this card is fake.
i think its interesting how wizards has doped us over with the word change that now determines whether or not a card is fake. however Id like to ask where this was originally posted, as the link is just a picture and the surrounding information of the original article (if there is one to be found) would lay this one-sided debate to rest (I think its fake myself, I'm just hoping I am wrong for the sake of my Naya Vengevine deck because this means its still pseudo-playable post-scars). But yeah, can anyone direct us to the source of the image link? because if it is real its not just going to be "here it is"...there should be a story behind it.
Edit: the situational relevance is quite condemning though, and I hope the dude that did this does gain a life, cause this is just crushing hopes lol
Decks I have in my bag of tricks- Needless to say, someone who wants to play will probably have a deck UB/x Faeries UR Storm XURWB Affinity G Elves UW control

Argh! I'm like in Wimbledon! That's what I initially thought! So I was correct all along!
It appears that this image was taken from the Player's Guide ya get in a Fat Pack - good photoshoppery skills employed. If this is real, I will eat my hat.
Does anyone read the comments before posting, or do they honestly think they're the only keen observers to ever exist? Goddamn.
Even if those are the general abilities I'd say...*clap clap* Wizards...thank you. A PW that is has a few unique abilities, and an ultimate that doesn't literally win you the game. Nothing broken, or overbearing. Just good design. Hopefully the other two are he same and maybe, just maybe we can ignore the lame collective *****fest about how the new planeswalkers aren't as good as Jace.

And I'm very glad it's fake, it's so boring ...

A good looking fake, but a very obvious flaw.
Follow me on instagram @TheMTGWord
first ability is poorly designed
and "to play" in 3rd
Why hasn't a mod locked this thread yet? It's clearly fake.

Oh, and this card is fake. After careful studying, the ultimate ability is templated wrong. Sorry to burst your bubble, guys.
Edit: Sarnathed hardcore.
Why do people the need to make up fakes? Is your life that empty that this gives you a thrill? Oh, and do a little research.
