I was at Orgins in Columbus Ohio yesterday, and Ed beard Jr. was there painting. He was painting what looked like a 5 headed dragon, and each head was a different color(red, green, blue, black, white). I managed to get a few pix with my cell phone so here they are!
I'd say this is actually Magic artwork, despite it not looking like many of the other dragons we've seen so far. Look at the heads, from right to left: Green, White, Red, Blue, Black. Not only are these the 5 Magic colors (duh), but they're in sequence of allied colors. This could definitely be a Magic card, the color coding is too much of a coincidence for D&D.

*turns on DnD Mode* Except that in DnD Tiamat is the Goddess of the Chromatic Dragons which all of the chromatics are conviently blue, red, black, green, and white. She is said to be a massive five headed dragon that bears a head of each of the chromatics. While they have introduced Tiamat in DnD 4.0 the Draconomicon 1 for 4.0 comes out in November, and it focuses soely on the chromatic dragons., My guess is that Tiamat is going to be in that book and this is her new art. Need I find more arts and info to prove my point?

pardon, but i thought red & blue and white & red were enemies?
Regardless of its future use, its a fairly awesome piece of art, thanks for bringing it to us unholyblackmage. Until we can be sure, I suppose I'll hold out hope for seeing it in Alara.

He's not finished drawing it in that pic dude, he hasn't even done the details yet...

Yeah, she always had wings. Even in her old art she did.
