Planar Chaos has three 'new' rarities: Timeshifted Common, Timeshifted Uncommon, and Timeshifted Rare.
These cards have white names and type lines and are nearly identical reprints of older cards.
Recent examples of these type of reprints are Char (Psionic Blast) or Heartbeat of Spring (Mana Flare).
The set also has many 'redone' versions of older cards/legends, but these cards are NOT Timeshifted.
The spoiler has been changed to denote these timeshifted cards, and the cards they originated from.
The * on the spoiler denotes unconfirmed (due to translation) card names.

We’re also giving them out in packs a little differently than we did in Time Spiral. In Time Spiral, each pack had one rare, three uncommons, ten commons and a “purple rarity” timeshifted card. In Planar Chaos, you get the following in each booster: one rare, two uncommons, eight commons, one uncommon or rare timeshifted card, and three common timeshifted cards. Yes, this means that you get four timeshifted cards per pack. And yes, you can still get two rares (and unlike Time Spiral you can actually get two gold-symboled rare cards). The uncommon timeshifted cards, by the way, show up in a 3:1 ratio with the rare timeshifted cards. For those bad at math, this means that in four packs, you should (on average) get three uncommon and one rare timeshifted cards.
As usual, posts on this thread are for upkeep of the spoiler, not discussion, and all posts on this thread will be deleted once the problem they address is dealt with or brought to attention.
As with Time Spiral, cards which we only know the smallest bit of information will not be added until we have more than just the template of information.
As an additional kernel of knowledge, each color gets a 'shifted spell to spellshape: Scare Tactics to white (Ghost Tactitian) Harrow to blue (Dreamscape Artist) Guided Strike (no cantrip) to black (Ridged Kusite) Shriek of Dread to red (Firefright Mage) Gerrard's Wisdom to green (Sophic Centaur)
I don't wanna post much other than a big hats off to Seds-- we all (well 85% of us :p) know that when rumor season kicks into Overdrive that it can be not only annoying to literally stop posting one minute to do so again when 5 more cards release only seconds later. More to the point, it's absolutely time consuming.
Thanks to the sources and everything, but their job ends at the Private mEssage box. It's Seds and crew who put it here for all the non Saved people to look on in awe of.
Great job Seds, it's a dirty job, but...

:7mana::symu::symu:SorceryFor each tapped nonland permanent target opponent controls, search that player's library for a card with the same name as that permanent and put it into play under your control. Then that player shuffles his or her library.

Planar Chaos is up in the gatherer right now. Only thing I could spot, is Wild Pair should read "Whenever a creature comes into play, if you played it from your hand...."

It would be one of the creature types that we don't have.
Also, I have received word that the flavor text for Rebuff the Wicked is:
"I cannot teach you her type of magic, but I can teach you how to defend yourself from her."
