If a player has a Massacre Wurm enter the battlefield, and then has Conjurer's Closet flicker it at the beginning of their end step, does the opposing board get -4 or does the previous -2 reset and the newer -2 then goes on?
Massacre Wurm's effect giving "creatures your opponents control ... -2/-2" lasts "until end of turn" (namely after the active player discards excess cards during the cleanup step [C.R. 514.1, 514.2]) and not sooner, including when Massacre Wurm leaves the battlefield (C.R. 613.1a). Thus, that effect will remain even after Massacre Wurm is exiled and returns to the battlefield with Conjurer's Closet, and the result is creatures "your opponents control" will get -2/-2 when the new Massacre Wurm's first ability resolves, in addition to the -2/-2, if any, from the previous Massacre Wurm's first ability, since both -2/-2 effects were created in the same turn.
Effects that last "until end of turn", such as found in Massacre Wurm, don't end at the beginning of an end step (review C.R. 514.2).
(…) or does the previous -2 reset and the newer -2 then goes on?
There is no 'reset' because Wurm's -2/-2 is an effect resulting from the resolution of a triggered ability.
Things would indeed 'reset' if the -2/-2 was due to a static ability, such as Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite's, for example.
611.2a A continuous effect generated by the resolution of a spell or ability lasts as long as stated by the spell or ability creating it (…).
611.3. A continuous effect may be generated by the static ability of an object.
611.3b The effect applies at all times that the permanent generating it is on the battlefield (…).
Moreover, Wurm's -2/-2 effect applies ONLY to those creatures which are there when the ability resolves. Creatures entering the field later are unaffected.
Elesh Norn's -2/-2 is different: it applies to creatures which are on the field for as long as Elesh Norn is present, and this includes any newcomer.
611.2c If a continuous effect generated by the resolution of a spell or ability modifies the characteristics (…) of any objects, the set of objects it affects is determined when that continuous effect begins. After that point, the set won’t change.
611.3a A continuous effect generated by a static ability isn’t “locked in”; it applies at any given moment to whatever its text indicates.
as you know Glint Hawk Idol's ability is whenever another artifact enters the battlefield Glint Hawk Idol becomes a 2/2 artifact creature with flying. Golem foundry on the other hand get 1 charge counter for every artifact you cast and you can remove three charge counters to put a 3/3 colorless golem token into the battle field
so does it trigger?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'Does it trigger'… what's it?
Hawk has two abilities: the first one is a triggered ability. It WILL trigger whenever you slap a new artifact on the table.
Its second ability is an activated ability: it cannot trigger; you have to activate it to make it happen. (pretty much like casting a spell)
Foundry has two abilities: again, the first is triggered, the second is activated.
They'll work pretty much the same as Hawk's.

Golem Foundry's ability triggers "[w]henever you cast an artifact spell", not if an artifact enters the battlefield, when an artifact token is created, or when a permanent becomes an artifact. These three things are not the same as casting a spell.
Glint Hawk Idol's ability triggers "[w]henever another artifact enters the battlefield", including if you create a "Golem artifact creature token" with Golem Foundry. It won't trigger if a permanent already on the battlefield becomes an artifact.
