I just wanted to get something confirmed, but if I were to sacrifice a creature on my opponents turn using his ability, would I then be able to play the card being exiled as if it had flash?

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
No. Nothing about the ability is changing the way the spell is cast. Since it says "this turn" it is not being cast during the resolution of the ability (like that of Goblin Dark-Dwellers). So, you still need permission to cast the spell from something else if you want to cast it at a time the card normally could not be cast. That means you can't cast a creature spell off it on your opponent's turn unless it has Flash or something else is letting you cast it.

Ah okay, that makes sense. So the card can only be used proactively and not reactively without a build around like using Dire fleet Poisoner.
