If a Wizard entering the battlefield at the same time as Naban (including Naban itself) causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.
I just wanted to clarify what this ruling is saying.
In this case, Naban can make Ezuri's ability trigger twice rather than once when Naban enters the battlefield. I explained this in another thread:
Naban's ability is a static ability with a continuous effect (C.R. 604.1, 604.2). Such effects apply "at all times" Naban is on the battlefield (C.R. 611.3b), including the first moment it's on the battlefield (see also C.R. 603.6b, which applies to continuous effects "that modify the characteristics of a permanent", which this effect isn't, though). "Each time an event puts one or more permanents onto the battlefield, all permanents on the battlefield (including the newcomers)", and including Naban in this scenario, "are checked for any enters-the-battlefield triggers that match the event" (C.R. 603.6a); because of this, any effect of those permanents that modifies how often a triggered ability triggers will necessarily be taken into account because of C.R. 611.3b. Note also that with enters-the-battlefield abilities, "continuous effects that exist" after the event of entering the battlefield, such as that of Naban's ability, "are used to determine what the trigger conditions are and what the objects involved in the event look like" (C.R. 603.10).
If a Wizard entering the battlefield at the same time as Naban (including Naban itself) causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.

EDIT (May 8): Add sentence.
