It's a random janky idea, but with so many legendary 2 drops, Mox Amber becomes pretty solid.
The problem I see is that, with so many two drops, you really want to be able to use Amber to drop one on turn one. And there's just not a way to do that at the moment.

That's very true, but I was thinking if we had Lavinia or Lazav turn 2, Mox would at least let us have up Dive Down or Spell Pierce, any of the green creatures or white creatures would let us cast Flower // Flourish or Dauntless Bodyguard. I do see your point, though.
I think that going 4+ colors on the back of Mox Amber is a trap. You need to build a deck that still works if you don't draw it. Remember that it doesn't fix your colors, since you need to have cast the color you're getting, unless it's hybrid or something like that. If you could stick to one creature type, you could run Unclaimed Territory and double up, but that's a tall order when you're also restricted to legendary cards.
It seems to me like this deck wants to be GWx and very creature heavy with Emmara, Shanna and Trostani to enable a go-wide strategy. And you want enough legends to be able to replace lands with Mox, since adding it in spell slots would keep you away from critical mass. Your third color is probably blue for Lavinia and Tetsuko, or red for Tajic and Aurelia. Turn three Aurelia sounds pretty busted...
If it works, your payoff is to follow up your legendary two drop on turn two with two legendary two drops on turn three. And even then, it requires some luck to have three legends that are not duplicates. The legend rule inherently makes it harder to build a deck with enough legends to enable Mox Amber, you can't jam 4 of each and cross your fingers.
Mox Amber makes me sad. It's such a cool card, yet also so aggravatingly hard to build arould. You have to warp your whole deck so hard around it that it always ends up not worth it compared to running the same strategy without it. Like the above GW strategy, how can it be better than running the stock GW tokens list when it dissuades you from playing too many token makers and it doesn't help you cast Flourish?
Another possible way of running this is to heavily use Surveil to get what you need at any point. That would make the deck mainly UB. I would also not neglect a lot of the historic cards in Dominaria, particularly Legendary Sorceries. Dunno, maybe it'll be good?
Do you think they're going for a theme with the non-Bolas guild leaders all being 2 mana? I love it. I love low CMC legends with small but impactful effects.

Well WU is with bolas, RW did not had a legendary 2 drop;

Lavinia only inhibits your opponent's spells, not yours. I can play Mox Amber with her on the field.
The way I see it, Mox Amber will likely never shine in standard, but it's a sleeper which will almost certainly have modern potential once more 1-drop legendaries get printed (which is inevitable). For this reason, I already have six copies including my prerelease promo, and plan to buy or trade into more while its price is low since I don't believe it will bottom out any further. Alas, at the moment it still can't fit into many decks, and its best friends are Rhys the Redeemed, Oviya Pashiri, sage lifecrafter, and Kytheon, hero of akros. Gaddock teeg approves as do Sygg, river guide and Jace, vryn's prodigy, and some 2-drops like Radha, heir to keld, Slobad, goblin tinkerer, and Tawnos, urza's apprentice might want it for acceleration in Commander as well. I'd even consider it for nezumi graverobber. Regardless, when it eventually climbs beyond reasonable affordability as all moxen should and do, I don't want to hear people complain that they missed the boat. It's never getting cheaper because the card can only improve from here on out, so logically the time to buy copies is now.

Agreed. I bought 4 foils fairly cheaply, and I just keep trying to play them in Standard. They were wonderful in Paradoxical Outcome, as you'd expect, but I also had a ton of fun in UR Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain historic deck with them, as well, since they were also 0: Draw a card. Often times I'd use them as a combination Lotus Petal/Chromatic Star

Just a quick idea:
03 Emmara, Soul of the Accord
03 Lavinia, Azorius Renegade
03 Shanna, Sisay's Legacy
02 Lazav, the Multifarious
04 Mox Amber

Man, I hope someone figures it out at some point.
Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
