I shifted the second box (B), so let me know if my logic is flawed (I don't have the box ID numbers on me, I'll add them later today, took pictures).
I also wrote down every card number I got in an excel file, for those who want to map it like that as well. I can't add it at work, I'll post it later as well.
Box A was meh, but Box B made up for it (as for set collecting). I think I did ok overall.

To the guys who actually believe box mapping discussion should be banned, a few facts:
1. You'll be only closing your eyes. Anyone could open a thread about it anywhere else. I'd open a reddit, invite the most active members here and make it private, and guess what? Box mapping would still exist. Box cheating would still exist (re-sealed packs, algorithm-calculated packs, so on and so forth). The only consequences would be you'll be unable to see the data and crunch it by yourselves to at least raise awareness among your peers and make yourselves scam-proof.
2. If you notice someone is abusing the technique and scamming customers, report it to Wizards. There's no larger tool against "rogue stores" than this: the very possibility of going out of business or not being able to sell M:tG anymore puts a strain on any store-owner, and most of them will not risk themselves over the possibility of predicting a few boxes.
3. Injecting false data is time-consuming for both of us, and nothing but a nuisance (since it would be easily comparable to data we already know it is verifiable). If you have an entire box worth of data, why don't you let us help? Do whatever with the packs left as long as it is fair: invite your friends to have a draft night, gift them to a newbie, teach someone to play! If you don't have data and you're making the whole box up, your data will shine like Mirrodin's five suns in the sky, easily figured out and discardable.
4. If you have been paying at least attention to the most recent map techniques, WotC has been changing his randomization methods regularly since Mirrodin to prevent abuse. Ultimately, this is a good thing: if they ever come up with an unsolvable riddle, bam! Instant fairness for all of us, so you can go a buy a few packs anywhere with no issues. Unless the stores re-seals the packs… oh, well.
TL; DR: Go ahead, rally against mapping. Don't act surprised when you end up seeing something like mtgmap.com, and most of us still trying to crack the code…

Hubby got a grasp of how the patterns worked and decided to try it manually since the phone wasn't working. Other than human errors of mis-counting and whatnot we were able to predict the pulls extremely well using the info in the thread; and it was surprisingly fun for the both of us First time doing it and it was pretty awesome. Huge props to those that work on compiling everything.
With this box, half of my case will of been opened.

Yes, it was within the first 3 pack openings it predicted a for-sure Reckoner. It adjusted right after the Trooper and was flawless after.
Current map isn't there yet. I found sequences not possible on the tracks (DCB left to right in a row) and pairings not possible in the same row (Bob followed by Domri Rade). Great work so far and here's hoping for nailing down the last bits of what isn't right!

I know I was correct to move them because once I figured out where I was on the tracks, I was able to correctly predict what the next cards I could expect were. However, the sequence they were in was not one of the four posted.
When I started opening the packs, I began on the top row. I got excited, because the top row was C A B, and that only exists in one sequence. So I counted down to an expected D track pack, and found one. The next pack was an A, so I opened that, only to find a B track card. After opening half the box, I realized I might have stumbled onto a new track, so I abandoned trying to predict and gathered data.

I got two Stolen Identity, and it just so happens that the card fits into both tracks perfectly where they appear.
By the halfway point of the box, I could almost 100% accurately predict using the tracks what card I could expect next on each track. For example, I knew I had a Domri to look forward to, and I really sweated out that last pack! I knew if it was a B, it was a Stomping Ground! Luckily for me, it was.
In Row 10, it appears that Ooze Flux and Signal the Clans were swapped in the track, but the booster wrappers were in the correct order.
The box was pretty damn good. I'm not going to complain about cracking six mythics, two shocks and seven foils. But I had no idea what the pack sequence was. I believe I may have discovered a fifth track, but leave it to the experts to decipher my data.

Hi, I just got my box today and they are in the following order (top to bottom, left to right). It doesn't seems to follow any pattern that were mentioned earlier in this post. I got many duplicate sleeve style next to each other. Any ideas how to row shift it so that I could beginning mapping? Thanks so much!

YO! me and my best friend just tried this, and we had the same thing, ours was so many 2 ofs going up and down, such a heavy pack displacement. so instead, i tried using the program to figure out my tracks from where my cards should be, but its having trouble with my A track. if anyone can help and figure out how these cards can come together starting from where and at what point, this is our A track in no specific order:
Glaring Spotlight, Deathpact Angel, Giant Adephage, Master Biomancer, Obzedat Ghost Council, Godless Shrine, Borborygmos Enraged, Consuming Abberation, and Tyrant Hellkite (all the poop mythics, smh) but nonetheless, that is our A track, but the program cant figure out the track without putting Whispering Madness in the track, and subtracting the Godless Shrine
the rest of the box was so screwed up, but i will have all the info for it posted tomorrow when my friend sends me the list

Are you looking at the sleeves first to make sure there aren't any unusual shifts? Some boxes have more than just rows shifting. They have individual packs swapping. Look at the sleeves first to make sure you have a box that isn't completely scrambled. I have yet to figure out any pattern to the individual packs swapping.
If I don't get the sleeves straightened out first, I don't even attempt to map it because it will mess with the sequence.
@Draxxusx: If you still have your box/sleeve info I would really appreciate it if you could send it to me so I can analyze it.

Yes, it was within the first 3 pack openings it predicted a for-sure Reckoner. It adjusted right after the Trooper and was flawless after.
I'm going to include everything I found. First, there was a row shift in the top and bottom halves of the box. Row four was displaced to row one, row ten displaced to row seven. I knew this from the pack sleeve number orders. I know I was correct to move them because once I figured out where I was on the tracks, I was able to correctly predict what the next cards I could expect were. However, the sequence they were in was not one of the four posted.
When I started opening the packs, I began on the top row. I got excited, because the top row was C A B, and that only exists in one sequence. So I counted down to an expected D track pack, and found one. The next pack was an A, so I opened that, only to find a B track card. After opening half the box, I realized I might have stumbled onto a new track, so I abandoned trying to predict and gathered data.

I got two Stolen Identity, and it just so happens that the card fits into both tracks perfectly where they appear.

By the halfway point of the box, I could almost 100% accurately predict using the tracks what card I could expect next on each track. For example, I knew I had a Domri to look forward to, and I really sweated out that last pack! I knew if it was a B, it was a Stomping Ground! Luckily for me, it was.
In Row 10, it appears that Ooze Flux and Signal the Clans were swapped in the track, but the booster wrappers were in the correct order.
The box was pretty damn good. I'm not going to complain about cracking six mythics, two shocks and seven foils. But I had no idea what the pack sequence was. I believe I may have discovered a fifth track, but leave it to the experts to decipher my data.

You're reading the track incorrectly. It's given right to left, top to bottom. You have the third track:

as you can see, there are a lot of twos and threes in a row in the pattern and the program (as well as I) are at a lost trying to unscramble the pattern... Help

YO! me and my best friend just tried this, and we had the same thing, ours was so many 2 ofs going up and down, such a heavy pack displacement. so instead, i tried using the program to figure out my tracks from where my cards should be, but its having trouble with my A track. if anyone can help and figure out how these cards can come together starting from where and at what point, this is our A track in no specific order:
Glaring Spotlight, Deathpact Angel, Giant Adephage, Master Biomancer, Obzedat Ghost Council, Godless Shrine, Borborygmos Enraged, Consuming Abberation, and Tyrant Hellkite (all the poop mythics, smh) but nonetheless, that is our A track, but the program cant figure out the track without putting Whispering Madness in the track, and subtracting the Godless Shrine
the rest of the box was so screwed up, but i will have all the info for it posted tomorrow when my friend sends me the list
The program managed to get 95 percent of the rares right just only in all the wrong places lol
The tracks seem to be ok, but the sequence seems to be an issue.
Also had an issue mapping godless shrine and whispering madness, might be something to look into
Are you looking at the sleeves first to make sure there aren't any unusual shifts? Some boxes have more than just rows shifting. They have individual packs swapping. Look at the sleeves first to make sure you have a box that isn't completely scrambled. I have yet to figure out any pattern to the individual packs swapping.
If I don't get the sleeves straightened out first, I don't even attempt to map it because it will mess with the sequence.
@Draxxusx: If you still have your box/sleeve info I would really appreciate it if you could send it to me so I can analyze it.
This piece of information should be on the first post. Would have saved me some head-scratching.
