Well, I just went through all of the sets to add foil support a few days ago. There are a lot of similarities in M13 compared to RTR or GTC. There are also a lot of things that are different.
If you are only interested in where the commons/rares/uncommons are then for the most part you can get by with using the same technique, it staggers occasionally though, It'll go 32, 32, 16, 32, 32. Or 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 4, 8, etc. If you are tracking the actual card names that is where you'll notice most of the difference.
Thanks for the response. So all 3 sets have the 32/16, 8/4 stagger? So it shifts the pattern of the rare foils after that up 16, and I guess it's pretty difficult to detect where you are in that sequence.
Couple of questions about your app...Do you incorporate a connection between uncommon and rare foil locations yet? And do any of the sets have foil card sequence data solved so that the app can predict which foil is where? Mostly interested in RTR, have 2x RTR and 1x M13 on the way.
Box may have been shaked too much before opening that scrambled it beyond automatic recognition. Everything seems to be right but when i write down the cards you opened, my app says it should not be at that place...

Vinzito's mapper is more accurate than mine. I tried to make sense of your input yet either you gave wrong ordering of cards or your box is beyond recognition. Did you open the box as vinzito shows on his videos?

I can tell you that you can use my mapper if you want to try sorting out where the cards should be at. I STRONGLY SUGGEST not to open any more boosters before sorting out the correct ordering. The boosters you have opened this far should be enough. Make sure everything is in the place that they should be before opening any more boosters

It was shipped to my house obviously, and whatever distribution beforehand so it may have been shaken. But yes, I have mapped several boxes so far and was careful with placement. This was the first one that's had any problems.

I do have Vinzito's app - is there anything I could try with switching sleeves on the card map in the app and trying different combinations of cards to see if anything does line up? With the removed booster should I be entering that differently to make up for it? I know it will try to solve for that, and it did seem to notice that in the pattern, just the rares didn't work out correctly. I can open some more boosters if it has any chance of helping me figure out where the mixing happened, I didn't want to just give up on the box if I didn't have to.

If any of you can find some kind of reconciliation for this crazy box, you'll have my gratitude. I've mapped several boxes successfully and I was very careful with this one. Killers_Inn's theory on the row swaps and pack deletion seem to hold up but I've tried all kinds of combinations of cards on his page and in Vinzito's app to try to figure out anything and hit a wall. I thought 14 opens would solve it for me. Is it weird that there are 2 Immortal Servitudes right beside each other?

So I have a crazy one for you guys. Ive sat here stumped just trying to figure out the ORDER this box is using and nothing makes sense. Whats funny is I have an even distribution (7 7 7 7 8) so I'm not sure if there were even any removals.
I tried entering it into my mapper from out of the box and it doesn't seem to like it (tells me to figure out what's wrong.)
Here is the order, and i haven't opened any up yet.
So, I've been trying the various PC/Web applications available and they all accept my sleeve map, but there are issues once I start entering more than a couple of cards. I'd like to see the unscrambled map if anyone can take a shot at it:
I have recently discovered Boxmapping and I find it to be pretty interesting. I have been trying to predict the rares in the boosters from youtube unboxing videos with mostly succes. The only times I am wrong is when I can't see which sleeve they picked. I definitely will try to help figure out Dragon's Maze's track lists when it releases and apply it on a boosterbox of my own. It is like solving a hard puzzle.
Not sure if you still need it to be unscrambled but here is what I think is the solution. You need to move the following rows:
Not sure what happened to the top half though, there seems to be alot shuffling. Maybe it happened during transit? I don't think you will be able to fully map this one. If you do it by hand you should be able to figure out the cards of the top half and what sleeve they have, which narrows it down to 3 to 4 boosters depending on the sleeve.
That definitely sheds a lot of light on the bottom half. I don't know why I couldn't see that before. Thanks a million! Ill let you know when I get home from work today if that panned out at all.

As far as I can tell from weighing, foils are in middle column, rows 1 and 11, and the left column, rows 2, 6, and 9
*edit: I believe I figured it out. row 12 switched to 8, row 9 shifted to 7, row 4 shifted to 2, row 3 was murdered, row 1 shifted to 4, and the new row that replaced 3 also shifted to row 3. That was fun.
Switching rows 5<->3 fixes some things, but row 6 is still out of order. Maybe row 8 should be between rows 5 and 6? I can't find good rows switches thanks to the 545 on row 9, where the right-column 5-pack was probably inserted. The bottom 4 rows seem to be even harder to solve.

Now we have that out of the way, we'll try to start from the top down, see how that turns out.
Since we determined the top middle and top right packs should be 5 and 4, respectively, your first row should be shifted.
However, here's where my reasoning gets sketchy (it's probably inaccurate)
First, we look at the second and third rows. To fit together, they're missing a 2. Maybe that's where our removed pack is (so we keep that in mind). Now we can move the first row- it is now the third row.
Switching rows 5<->3 fixes some things, but row 6 is still out of order. Maybe row 8 should be between rows 5 and 6? I can't find good rows switches thanks to the 545 on row 9, where the right-column 5-pack was probably inserted. The bottom 4 rows seem to be even harder to solve.
Has anyone been able to run boxmapper on blue stacks recently? I had 1.1.3 working perfectly and tried to update but now it says Application Failure Detected, Please Try Again.

I saw someone say it up there so I just pulled the trigger on a 150 dollar box.
I need to stop doing this, I'm a broke college student.
If it was not printed in USA, its a high possibility that it won't work

Is there a way to go about it or do you just have to stumble onto the pack with the foil rare in it?
Is there any connection between the location of the foil rare and the foil commons/uncommons?

Which row is the left side of the box? If the top row is the left, it would work.

The only way for this to work is if the fourth and sixth rows are swap (can that even happen?)
Move the seventh row so that it's the ninth (that definitely shouldn't happen!)

The the bottom two rows do some kind of wacky change

Interesting you should say that. Because I always read these from the bottom up (the same way they are packaged at the factory) so it looks good to me
