I got an AVR Booster-Box a few days ago and got a few Fettergeist (including foil) and was wondering if they are any good in Standard Constructed combos or synergys possibly including Delver of Secrets?

Well, its closest comparison is Serendib Efreet, which was a bomb back in the day. I think it's slightly worse than Serendib Efreet, but it still seems like a playable card. Probably not good enough for Standard at the moment though.
I think Cavern actually hurts the playability of this card. If a real control deck--yes, a true control deck--was able to emerge (which seems unlikely at the moment) Fettergeist would be a great dude. However you want to play some creatures in this metagame.. And paying mana is way worse than paying life.
My friend built a pretty good, Loner Deck, with 4 of those in it. It beat me several times. The "having to pay mana ability" didn't really become an issue, do to the fact that he had few creatures. However the simple fact of having a 3/4 flyer on turn 3 is nothing to joke about. He combined it with delver, in a UB control build.
Take your monoblack deck, then set aside 14 swamps. Add 4 Creeping Tar Pits, 4 Darkslick Shores, 4 Drowned Catacombs, and 2 Jwar isle Refuge and add 4 Jace, the Mindsculptors. Your monoblack deck is instantly better. Better yet, drop those refuges, throw in some islands and some mana leaks, and lo and behold, you're now playing a real deck. Congratulations. Welcome to the world of competitive M:TG.
Fettergeist would be a card I would be interested in if I didn't intend to have many other creatures in play and also needed a relatively cheap threat (e.g. I wasn't interested in tapping out to play a 6+ drop to finish the game), probably so I could keep mana up during the mid-game to interact with my opponent while still threatening some kind of clock.
Cavern of Souls probably makes any deck meeting that description completely unplayable in an unknown metagame.
So, Fettergeist probably is not going to be good in standard. IMO.
It's a generic flyer at 3 mana (yes undercosted at first).....good body but really? Not all that impressed. Especially considering you can get the same flying power for 1 mana.
It's a generic flyer at 3 mana (yes undercosted at first) that then FORCES you to constantly pay for it. Terrible card, amazed it's even being looked at outside limited.
not sure if serious. You don't have to pay for IT, just other creatures. The card is completely fine.
This card was everywhere at the pro tour this weekend also.
I'm guessing you just didn't read the card.

Fettergeist, Stitched drake and Delver of secrets are 12 cheap 3 power flyers. Add in bounce, leaks, instant-speed card draw and temporal mastery would make for a fast deck. Prolly "not good enough", but still nice if mono-blue is your thing.
my faves are the taskmaster, revenant and demonic rising
The only one of those that is even fair to compare it to is demonic taskmaster and they are very similar. The effects both encourage you to only have one creature but the taskmaster is even harsher on you if you have other creatures because you don’t have the option of paying for them.
I once farted during the final match for prizes at an FNM. It was a tense moment, everything was quiet, control vs control, I was about to mana leak, thought about it.. and farted. Then mana leaked.

Long answer - no, because it will make your whole game worst unless you only have him out, and he's not powerful enought to win you a game alone.
He is much worst than serendib efreet, and I even doubt the efreet would be playable today.
I'm a Spike Vorthos - I love lore and flavor, but only if the cards are competition worthy.
