Quote from Orange MageIn general, Machius is right on the button. You should follow his line of thinking.
Quote from Machius »We've known about both this and BOP for ages. In the right deck this will be a power house.
Also the head judge at the pre-release i went to told me that wizards might not still be printing bop in ravnica, that they might be instead printing another G cost creature with the tap for any colour ability.
Quote from Your Bunny Wrote »And one brave vote of Alabaska J, who has begun a long way, and finaly can be the "next Canada president"!!!! My congratulations!!
Quote from spuzzem king »this is house and strong
and theres lots of strong 1 and 2 mana black weenie cards
Bile Urchin, Gnat Miser, Maggot Carrier, Plague Beetle, Ashen-Skin Zubera, Cruel Deceiver,Nezumi Bone-Reader, Nezumi Cutthroat, Nezumi Graverobber, Nezumi Shortfang, Ravenous Rats, Skullsnatcher, Spineless Thug, Distress, Hand of Cruelty, Kiku, Night’s Flower, Kiku’s Shadow, Vicious Hunger, Wicked Akuba
thats asuming 9th will have alot of cards from eighth, but even so thats a pretty big pool to spite a lack of removal
Quote from Alabaska J »It could be a functional reprint of birds, just with defender. Like a wall of paradise mantle or something. That would be the only thing oth er than birds they could do. If they don't do birds in ninth, though, they'll do it in ravinca (or else).
Quote from Alabaska J »Sorry for double posting, but this didn't seem like an add-on for other post.
Black weenies, anyone? Of course, this deck would include shiro.
The ravnica card would work nicely in the deck.
Quote from PVDDR »I knew he had Karn Liberated in his deck, because Kibler had complained about losing to it in every means of communication available
Quote from Kijin »It's basically, 'pray you topdeck a land or get smote'.
Quote from 5kyh16h91 »The only cards there I'd consider to be good in a black weenie deck dedicated to fast kills are Bile Urchin, Maggot Carrier, Cruel Deceiver (if I'm going to have the Top in the deck anyway), Cutthroat, Skullsnatcher, Spineless Thug, and Wicked Akuba. The rest are a bunch of one or two mana creatures with one power and useless or expensive abilities.
Quote from moogie »ravenous rats is played in just about every t2 black deck i've seen...
