For the story on this it the same deal with what happen with Vorinclex, monsterous raider leak (and two other cards that reveal snow type in kaldheim) it was in a commander legends collector pack.
this Time it’s a Fianl fantasy pack for these EOE cards
anyway Let’s get the important stuff out of the way
1. Every… single…person… Will point at the robot first “Virulent Silencer” and it’s because it has the magic words that causes instantiously fear in players “poison counters” it gives poison for every artifact creature not a token toxic 2 basically
so That’s the fifth time they are doing a one of in a set of something that gives poison counters
(Etali is the only card in MOM main set that gives poison counters)
so at this point I can call them out on making poison counters decideous
2. The “Susurians void*covered*” and “Close encounter” shows a new mechanic called “Warp”
I can just make out some of the reminder text
“You”, “from your hand for its”, “the beginning”, “may cast it”
and the encounter mentions “warped creature cards from exile”
so with this I can guess
“You may cast this card from your hand for it's warp cost, it gain's haste, at the begining of your end step exile this card, you cast it from exile for its mana cost.”
3. The “Biomechan engineer” mentions a lander token and…… that is the coolest thing I ever seen, it’s just Wayfarer's Bauble in token form so that card will never be expensive ever again after this
oh And for token flavor it’s reference the rovers that launches from space stations onto moons/planets that explore the planet and bring back pictures
From the little we see of it, I could imagine warp being some sort of single-turn suspend.
Maybe you can exile creatures for an effect?
Sort of like collect evidence. Exile creatures from play or graveyard for a better effect? (see "Close encounter" spoiler)
pucatrade
big receipts
alpha mox emerald
beta time walk
4 goyfs received
3 liliana of the veil
4 karn liberated
3 force of will
4 grove of the burnwillows
snapcaster mage
3 horizon canopy
2 full art damnation

It was leaked on another card, it's basically that you can cast a permanent for lower cost, but it's exiled at the end of turn; doesn't get haste either, so it just triggers enters/leaves effects. After it's exiled, you can cast it again for normal cost like with Adventure.
It reminds me of Impending a bit, giving a little preview of what are you going to cast later.

Yeah, just saw. It's the reverse of what I thought. Like adventure/evoke where the Adventure is always the ETB/LTB effect of the main creature. As an added bonus/malus the exile only happens at a delay, so it works with haste, but gives a larger window for removal.
Definitely an appropriate and simple mechanic.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
