What's really sad is that they couldn't use Dragonstorm as the name to call back to Rooftop STORM and the name of the set. Hopefully it gets a reprint just for being on point.
Just a well timed Mana Geyser on turn 3 or 4, after a couple mana rocks have hit the ground (Sol Ring shines the best here) is enough.
[orrrr]
T1: Land, Sol Ring, 2-drop mana rock
T2: Land, Jeska's Will, target the slow player for 7 red mana (even if there's only someone w/ 6 cards in hand giving you 6 mana you still have 1 mana rock that give 1 or more mana and the second land for the other red mana)... Turn 2 is even more evil...
Yu-gi-oh anime ass card some guy like "Kenji the dragon tamer" plays this on yu-gi-oh turn one and dumps all his dragons and then yugi plays "some total bullshit" that turns all dragons into harmless little bunnies or something.
Decent Resurgent Belief target, maybe, if you can pitch it using Thrill of Possibility or Grab the Prize. Would need to have a game-winner or hand, or one of those "exile x cards from the top of your library, you may play them this turn" effects.

Unpopular opinion: sorcery-speed removal is *not* as terrible as you think it is.
I'm not denying that, it's just not something particularly new. Protean Hulk is cheaper, legal in commander and instantly wins with any sac outlet. Commander is a horrendously broken format and all this card does is fail to change that fact. Rule 0 is, as it has always been, the only way to maintain balance in casual commander.
These three give you infinite damage triggers by themselves, so you have two free slots to grab other things if you want (like Dragonlord Dromoka to protect against counterspells)
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

Normally the Worldgorger Dragon loop relies on Animate Dead. I feel like I am missing something.

I know! The world gorger dragon shoots itself terror is a “any target” thing then bladewing comes back and resurrects world gorger
You could run Dracogenesis to cast Morophon, the Boundless for free from the Command Zone since he's a Dragon because Changeling is all creature types. You can also use Mox Jasper to cast Changeling spells AND cast Moritte of the Frost for free copying Dracogenesis in case someone tries to remove Dracogenesis from the battlefield. 8 mana isn't that hard to get off in Commander especially If you run plenty of tutors to get the job done. Might not be enough Changelings in the game's card pool to pull this off but the idea is definitely there though.

You can instant win with Tiamat with this
I mean, it's 8 mana, that's usually what 8 mana enchantments do.
Also, Dragonstorm lets you skip the part where you cast Tiamat.
There was a time when Dragonstorm let you skip the part where you play past turn 3.
instant…win…with..tiamat
Fair. And as you are primarily a Commander player I get that lens. In other formats 4x Borgadan Hellkite is a win all day long.

As far as Tiamat packages go, I'll do you one better
