The Preview Panel showed off Tarkir: Dragonstorm, but teased Edge of Eternities and our last Universes Beyond set of 2025.
Welcome back to Tarkir. After five years without Ugin's dragonstorms and the devastation of the Phyrexian invasion, the numerous rebel groups across Tarkir took their first chance in a thousand years and gathered at the Crucible of the Spirit Dragon. Under Narset's lead, they called forth a new dragonstorm, evoked spirit dragons that represent each clan, and defeated the remaining dragonlords. For more details, see our first Planeswalker's Guide here.
Starting off with the set's headliner, because of course. Presenting Mox Dragon Jasper.
Sarkhan is very much not happy with the fall of the dragonlords. Here he unveils the behold mechanic and the showcase and Ghostfire frames.
With him is a literal dragon storm.
And now, for the clans. The Abzan want to hold back for now, but khan Felothar and Spirit Dragon Betor present a small gift: a baby Siege Rhino.
The Jeskai present a clearer image of their khan Narset, and their new Spirit Dragon Shiko.
The Sultai, secretive as ever under their khan Kotis, present their Spirit Dragon Teval... as seen in the Commander precons. His main set version will be revealed later on.
The Mardu shall forever honor their previous khan Alesha, even under the rule of khan Zurgo and their Spirit Dragon Neriv, and her memory shall honor them as well. Their speed shall once again be feared across the steppes of Tarkir.
No news from the Temur, unfortunately, as khan Eshki and Spirit Dragon Ureni have led them back to the frigid wilds of the mountains.
Now while there is a tenuous peace among the clans as they rebuild, sometimes things can come to a head.
Next up, a glimpse into Edge of Eternities. Welcome to the Sothera system, found on the edges of the Blind Eternities. See Tezzeret as he observes the fight over the power of a dying star. For more art, see here.
Finally, that unannounced Universes Beyond set. Yes, it is Avatar: the Last Airbender.
they Confirmed it’s only the very first 3 seasons of avatar they will focus on
second They show the precons for the edge of eternity as well
jund Lands and jeskai counters
(However from reading the description… I don’t think it’s just any kind of counter… I think the wait is finally gonna close for a…… charge counters matter commander.)
Very excited to see the new Tarkir set. It's the only set I'm looking forward to this year. Tarkir, dragons, khans, clans, cool artwork. This is going to be some good ****.
The art in itself for Edge of Eternities looks pretty cool and I'm always happy to see Tezzeret, but you know what I think about that type of stuff in Magic, so I'll refrain from commenting in hopes of my critique not being accused as "screaming" by dudes who regularly type in caps followed by baffled emojis
The Edge of Eternities full-art basic look nice, but I expec t they will stick to their new layout, placing the mana symbol on the left instead of center. I think it looked so much better when centered (and larger). Compare the last set where it was centered, The Borther's War, to subsequent sets:
They're already showing Tarkir?! Is Aetherdrift even out yet? It's sad that this is the exception now rather than the rule, but it's nice to see some Magic cards that look and feel like Magic cards.
Maybe we can just forget the last set ever happened and all be happier. Of course we still have duds like Murders at Karlov Manor, but Aetherdrift was a special kind of bad.

Aetherdrift released last week it released valentines day
There is at least 2/3 of aetherdrift that is totally fine flavor-wise. The power level is also very good, some knock-out designs.
That being said, yeah, Dragonstorm of Tarkir is comfort food. The original Tarkir set was the set I drafted the most of (followed closely by Kaladesh and Amonkhet). Easily the best world-building and flavor, right next to the two first Ravnica blocks.
Have they given up on putting the planeswalker symbol watermark on the post-MOM desparked planeswalkers? I get why Narset may not have it if they wanted to emphasize her being in Jeskai and could only do one watermark, but Sarkhan should have one.
I know it's a pretty minor thing, but since it seemed like they had been going out of their way to stick with this convention since MOM, feels weird they are dropping it now.

ATLA is the upcoming set… and but by an incredible coincidence… I ended up getting the series (thee 3 seasons) for Christmas they got it for the fun of it. And yet they foreshadowed this set
ofcourse I can tell you with almost certain which characters (legednary creatures) will get cards.
as for Aang in the avatar state will he be RGWU or WUBRG?
and once again tough call on how B will be in corporates for the ATLA set besides the villains and spirit realm stuff… and maybe bloodbending stuff. Since you can clearly see their ain’t too much B stuff in the three seasons
Secondary thing I know a riot will happen if we don’t get the cabbage cart (salesman) as (a) card(s)

But.... Sarkhan doesn't have a clan mark? Sleeper Agent even said what you said.
The Skirmish Rhino is thirsty, so it wants Another Round.
