OureighthmonogreenGoblin (fifth if you don't countsilverborder) reanimates itself when your other exhaust abilities are activated. It might be best used with other copies of itself, or just a whole lot of other exhaust effects.
Red sometimes recurs stuff from GY too, mostly phoenixes, but still... why make that goblin green? I suspect it was more a case of having a green creature and they decided to make it a goblin. So weird.

The Goblin racing team is red-green, so some mono-green Goblins aren't surprising.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

There's also that Lorwyn return, which also has red-green Goblins.

Depends. In Shadowmoor the Goblins (as all of the main tribes) diversified (red-green, yes, but hobgoblins were red-white). But the main color combination associated with Lorwyn's Goblins, the boggarts, is black-red.
Who can say how this will work out for the new set in the setting? I personally expect core color combinations to lean more towards Lorwyn, but else-wise is possible.

I guessing there is gonna be pseudo three color hybrid cards (Naya Hushblade/ Alesha, who Smiles at Death) or similar cards to have creatures play into both combos of colors they where last time and be a nod to shadowmoors hybrid theme.

That’s an interesting concept! Having the ability to reanimate itself when exhaust effects are activated could lead to some cool synergies. Pairing it with other copies of itself or stacking exhaust effects would definitely help maximize its potential. I’m curious to see how it interacts with other green cards—should be a fun addition to a deck! I had multiple coursework deadlines approaching, and I was completely stressed out. A friend recommended UKWritings' coursework help, which is available here https://ukwritings.com/coursework-help and I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! The expert assigned to my order delivered a well-researched and perfectly structured paper. The content was clear, and all the references were properly cited. My professor was really happy with the submission, and I received an excellent grade. If you’re struggling with coursework, this service is a game-changer!
