UW control is pretty permanent heavy in standard right now, so Lunar Insight could be good. Of course, it's permanent heavy largely because of Caretaker's Talent, which would remain the preferred way to draw cards, so who knows. Jeskai convoke could also hit 3 or 4 pretty reliably, but probably doesn't want to take the time off for this.

They started doing that in Bloomburrow for the offspring creatures, then used it on Marvin, Murderous Mimic in Duskmourn and seem to be actually committing to it for Foundations.
