Our next mythic is the Angel-based enchantment version of Luminous Broodmoth.
Valkyrie's Call3WW
Enchantment (Mythic Rare)
Whenever a nontoken non-Angel creature you control dies, return it to the battlefield under your control with a +1/+1 counter on it. It has flying and is an Angel in addition to its other types. "Welcome, worthy one."
Does this infinite with conspiracy because it might mean it can never be a angel
I'm not 100% sure but i guess under the right circumstances it can (like which one was played first). It's kinda like the weird interactions between Humility and Opalescence. Just a wild guess though. I don't pretend to really understand that kind of mind****.

The time stamp from Valkyrie's Call would be from when the trigger resolved, not when it entered.

Ah, yeah, that makes sense. So if i'm getting this right it would work on angel creatures that were already around when Conspiracy was cast but not for any that are being brought back while Conspiracy is in play?
What about clones? Could you stack the cloning last, and clone a non-angel?
I might be wrong but i think your only option to clone a non-angel version of the creature would be cloning it before it dies. There's nothing to stack here as the only trigger is Valkyrie's Call seeing the creature die. Assuming my interpretation is correct in general blinking Conspiracy might actually be the most interesting approach. I'd get this checked by someone who's a little more solid in regards to these kind of corner cases than me though.
If they became Ornithopter and then you sacced them they wouldn't be angels and they would come back. It's an infinite loop but a lot of game actions so it could interrupted.
Yes, it creates a continuous effect that will follow the creature as long as it remains on the battlefield.
Also, I'm gonna make a quick disclaimer here: I'm not a judge, I just enjoy getting into nitty gritty rules stuff and have been doing so for quite a while. I can, however, back up the things I've said. In the comprehensive rules the timestamps for triggered abilities rule is 613.7B, the layers are 613.1 and the specific "becoming a copy" rule is 707.4 (but you can reach the same conclusion from the layers rules).

What about persist/undying? If multiple effects are trying to resurrect the creature, can I choose which and the other fizzles?

Yes, when the second trigger resolves (which it technically does because it doesn't target) it will see nothing in the graveyard and won't do anything. There's a similar thing you can do with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and persist creatures.
Edit: minor note: because the abilities only trigger under certain conditions, once the creature is an angel or has a counter of whatever type on it, it will always return via the other ability.

Copy effects are in a different (lower) layer than type changing, so a clone returned will have flying and be an angel.
What about non-etb clones, like Lazav, the Multifarious and Likeness Looter? Is the +Angel from Valkyrie's Call some kind of persistent rider?
