We have a lot of riffs on Banishing Light-style effects in this set. Fear of Abduction adds a flicker effect to Fiend unter; Trapped in the Screen is a toned-down version of more color-intensive Seal from Existence; and Unidentified Hovership is meant to evoke Skyclave Apparition. This next one is simply a powercreeped Chains of Custody, lowering the cost by 1 while adding +1/+0 and lifelink.

Seems strong. Any deck that likes auras specifically probably wants this as a removal and an aura in one, especially with creatures that want to be enchanted and such.
