5. you could have q ability creatures with a a mana dork that allows the amount of mana needed to pay infinitly (ability cost reduction like Zirda, the Dawnwaker could make it easier.)
9. the Mairsil, the Pretender tricks works with him as well, and for a bigger point the creatures that gain ability's in play he gets them too.
10. you can easily catch the infinites with a protean hulk death trigger since hes again only 2.
and clearly more will come down the line in future sets.
and the card i got a feeling this is are Chucky based legend in the set. actually for a joke you could also say Stevil from family matters works as well for the reference
Been thinking, can't figure out what thing that must be prevented would happen if it had activated abilities of creatures with the same name.
I don't get it either, except I guess preventing you Marvin from twice activating a "activate this ability only once" ability on two identical creatures you control? That seems like an extremely narrow corner case that isn't worth the text to prevent. This wording just seems confusing. But I am probably missing something.

So my best guess is to avoid some rules weirdness. If it didn't have the clause, the first immediate question would be whether or not it gains a second copy of all the abilities it copies, as it would gain all of the copies abilities and then see that *it* had all of those abilities and then copy them again. I have no idea what the outcome of that is, and I feel like the design team just wanted to sidestep the whole issue altogether. Also because, if it *did* gain a second copy of abilities automatically, there might be some potential problem with once per turn abilities, but I'm not as sure about that.
Mavin + sakashima = he has infinite copies of all abilities. This would let him activate any ability that you only can activate once per turn or once period as many times as you like I believe

I guess? You can still do all that though, it's just marginally harder.

1. the first one is easy Pili-Pala + any thing that taps for atleast two mana (basically the same combos you can do with necrotic ooze or Trazyn the Infinite)\
2. Ioreth of the Healing House with one other legend
3. you can do experiment kraj combos with mana dorks and something that untaps itself like Incubation Druid + Horseshoe crab
4. Devoted druid combos
5. you could have q ability creatures with a a mana dork that allows the amount of mana needed to pay infinitly (ability cost reduction like Zirda, the Dawnwaker could make it easier.)
6. Mirror-Mad Phantasm then one the mill is complete you just do laboratory maniac/thassa's oracle type of cards.
7. with Jegantha, the Wellspring and marvin working together that turns on the nuke known as door to nothingness
8. Grinning ignus and you actually net mana since marvin only cost 2 and plus Impact Tremors effects
9. the Mairsil, the Pretender tricks works with him as well, and for a bigger point the creatures that gain ability's in play he gets them too.
10. you can easily catch the infinites with a protean hulk death trigger since hes again only 2.

*Me* Why the **** does a ventriloquist dummy have the strings to make that *****ty flavor text pun? Marionettes are the only puppets that have those.
11. Avatar of woe + eater of the dead you pretty much do Descend upon the Fishermen without touching your board and it’s locked out non indestructible creatures.
12. Tree of Perdition .... 2 LIFE!!!!!!
I guess? You can still do all that though, it's just marginally harder.
