welp...this next card is how we truly say goodbye to tamiyo from the main story and its the exile tamiyos/instants/sorceries teaser
she died three times in the story
1. Captured by tezzeret and reluctantly hand her to jin gitaxias to be the first ever planeswalker compleation in “kamigawa neon dynasty”
2. During “March of the machines” not only nashi sees her mom/tamiyo as a phyrexian tries to plead for her to come back but never happens and just before she was about to kill him the wanderer killed her. And then a spirit scroll of her soul comes out.
3. To add insult to injury for nashi Valgavoth got this when he went inside Duskmourn and is taking away all the story’s (that’s what chapter 1, 2, and 3 represent on the card) and tamiyo told nashi to let her go and he did in the blind eternites (likely what chapter 4 is based off of.)
likely the one and only saga in the set and its the worlds first legendary saga
edit: important note for people who read this, you have to pay the mana value of each spell you exile on chapter 4
The first few chapters are Valgavoth and his cultists digging through Tamiyo's chronicles to find more ways to lure people into Duskmourn. They're also really helpful with delirium.

They're helpful with Delirium, but a deck that supports Delirium well is poor at making this draw cards.
If you can efficiently "jump" chapters by proliferating or whatnot, this can also very effectively just go nuts with a stocked graveyard. Powerful effect, fitting flavor and great artwork.
EDIT: just realized you still have to pay the costs of the cards you want to cast. A lot less impressive from a combo perspective then. Maybe stacking your deck to get the repeat/draw trigger is where it's at.
