Joining the creative and surprisingly common use of turning your Glimmer into a battery is the obligatory overly specific blue mana dork, member of the common landcycling cycle, and Divination plus enchantment token.
Glimmerlight seems to be a plant for a future "artifacts + enchantments matter" or "permanent types on the battlefield matter" set, as it only works as well as the usual equipment for Delirium.

Glimmerlight would help lower the cost for Assassin's Ink, which is a pretty good deal for only 2 mana. Incidentally, it also enabled celebration...but I don't really see anything good on any of those cards.
