Fate Forgotten gets some manifest dread in a card that feels like it should also be Room-specific removal, while this clown gets to run you down with hordes of gremlins.

Choose one —
• Exile target artifact.
• Exile target enchantment
• Manifest dread. (Look at the top two cards of your library. Put one onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature and the other into your graveyard. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)

Whenever you attack, create a 1/1 red Gremlin creature token. "Don't forget your place, my beauties! The first drops of blood belong to me!"

Break Down the Door is clearly Shining reference, where (spoiler) the possessed caretaker is convinced by spirit beings to use an ax to attack his mortal wife and semi-mortal son. So it only makes sense that the card shows a possessed person using an ax to attack... the spirit beings?
More and more the flavor of the cards is asking you not to sit too long and think about what is actually being displayed. This person is no threat to survivors (except maybe killing their glimmers?).

I suspect there is a push to make it (and other enchantment removal) uncommon in this set due to the prevalence of enchantment creatures.
