Loads of spoilers incoming. This first set consists of The Meathook Massacre sequel, two Leylines, a green card filter spell, and what happens when you focus on the "Beetle" part of Beetlejuice.
Finally, the set's promos. The Promo Pack consists of a one-shot protection Aura, more reanimator, a Pyroclasm reprint, and the signpost uncommons for WU Eerie Tempo and BG Delirium Grind.

meathook 2: easy Solemity + Verdant sun avatar effects (no finality counters and get a refund of the 3 life paid for each)
Leyline of the void: ok this is getting ridiculous how much more is black gonna be backbreaking in standard great reprint regardless though
Leyline of reonsance : ok no hesitation that’s 100% the greatest red leyline of all red leylines feather, the redeemed players are gonna be smiling for this one.
Say it's name + altanak: dang I haven't seen a The Unspeakable type of tutor in a long time, and this bug might be no laughing matter even though better in 99 plus you can save your best land that was removed by cycling it.
Victor: ugh! Now I got to make another cut from my Go-Shintai, life's origin deck! A shrine coming in with life origins in play straight up get two right away
Niko: ok that’s the most interesting slow blink I’ve ever seen plus you can blink niko for more shards to turn into the creature you slow flick with niko.
Ghost vacuum: what?! That’s like a theft deck players dreams with a card like this it’s even graveyard hate
Swarmweaver: that’s another bullet to add to reaper king's vindicate gun you want to blink scarecrows and this one gives you flying blockers
Room: haha a reason to do room tribal you only need 4 for the win con since it’s 8 grand total (flavor might be the stairs leading to the exit of Duskmourn one that can be used)
Blue overlord: that’s it? That’s typical for blue cards to do that. So green is easily winning the overlord cycle with making a token rainbow land
Rare ally lands: I will want to slap them if we don't get the enemy ones within 2 years I will not allow another ally tango land situation (9 years we still don’t have the enemy ones of those)
rescue: I like it hexproof one shot but +1/+1 buff
Faithful: why in the world doesn't it give the recur'd creature a finality counter?
Pyroclasm: this might get interesting for pioneer it’s now legal because of this.
Glimmer: thank heavens we are infact getting more glimmers than the cycle it’s really just another Julia Naturalist but throws in ulocking rooms
Drag to the roots: oh my gosh! What were heck were they thinking!? It’s obnoxiously easy to fulfill delirium in eternal so I could see testing here
Wound: ……. That… is one of the nastiest curses I have ever seen this scary beyond beleif to be enchanted with.
Normal twitching doll: oh great the normal art is equally/more creepy than the buy a box art.
I don’t like when there’s an uneven cycle of duals like this - it feels like it creates a TWENTY card cycle that will never be completed.
Recently, they have a good record of following up land cycles once they start them and completing land cycles e. g. the restless lands in WOE/LCI, pathways in ZNR/KHM, tricycle lands in IKO/SNC, multiplayer/crowd lands in BBD/CMR.
I expect they know what can of worms they are opening here.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

I do expect we will get one “enemy” set of these (though they still owe us that for at least one other prominent cycle). But my issue with these is particular is that even the five ally color versions need flipped ally versions to really be complete. Like “Add B; add B or R if you control a swamp or mountain” is not the only way to do this in rakdos. You also need an “add R” version.
It’s the River of Tears problem.
The problem I see with Meathook Massacre II is that you're more than likely going to be hard casting it for 6 by paying 1 for both XX so you can't just pay BBBB and pay 0 for both XX while sacrificing 0 creatures when it enters even though you still get the rest of it's abilities. As for removing finality counters on creatures, I feel as though The Ozolith and Solemnity have the best synergy since with The Ozolith, the finality counter is moved toward it when the creature with the finality counter leaves the battlefield preventing it from being exiled.
Tayam, Luminous Enigma might have some synergy with Meathook Massacre II granted you have a way to dump 3 or more mana continuously into it to mill 3 and then get back a permanent with mana value 3 or less from graveyard to the battlefield. The vigilance counter doesn't really matter in this case since you only care about getting rid of finality counters to keep recurring your creatures from your graveyard. There's also Hex Parasite though If you have life gain built for every time you pay 2 life for it's ability then it shouldn't be a problem though.

I really like Drag to the Roots--delirium is easy to attain in those colors so this will become a fixed Assassin's Trophy. Its only drawback is that the new spell cannot target lands, but I am willing to live with that tradeoff.

It is not a Curse, doesn't have the subtype. Which doesn't make any sense, especially now that mechanics can appear as cameo in 1-of but whatever
Shardmage's Rescue looks nice. With Monstrous Rage, Demonic Ruckus and now Ethereal Armor there might be a workable Boros auras deck fpr Standard...
And I too am gonna be kind of annoyed when they only do 10 of the Verges.
