Ok at this point are we gonna get a set that doesn't involve a Panharmonicon effect or double/triple/“that many plus” effects in a set (not complaining since I love these effects)
but this one is tempting since it’s basically a enchantment/room version of Yarok, the Desecrated but doesn't necessary have to be ETB it can be any kind of triggered of “when”, “whenever”, and “at”

Probably not. They may not put one in the next set, but after that we'll probably see another similar effect or some slight variation on it akin to Teysa Karlov. The only thing that will keep this one in check is that unlock cost.
So I guess UR is the limited archetype that got stuck with "rooms matter."
Unless every single color pair gets one. This is an uncommon, it could happen.
Even if every single color pair gets an uncommon Room enchantment (which I consider incredibly likely), this one has two Rooms that care about you having many Rooms/unlocked doors - it's a Rooms-matter Room. I doubt that the other colors get more of that.
In the new eternal world of more uncommons and less commons, I think it's likely we'll have a whole cycle of signpost uncommon Room cards, but the other colors will care about their own themes. As another note: It's really nice to have signpost uncommons like this that are playable even if you are waiting for your second color at the moment.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

But at the same time, extra deck mechanics have a lot of issues. And there's a lot of potential complexity and parasitism in a similar, potentially worse vein as things like venture into the dungeon which have been pretty contentious. Simpler might but less flashy sometimes but sometimes it just works better. It's about how they play after all, not how cool of an idea they are to read.
