Nah, you're most likely going to need to exile 4 cards for the +4/+4 and Trample. You need to be lucky to exile a card with 2 card types (e.g. an artifact creature or enchantment creature, Urza's Saga, some Aftermath cards, some split cards, Grist, the Hunger Tide, that Artifact Enchantment cycle, artifact lands, Kindred cards).
