Voxy reveals Magic's second Weasel, a thief in the Bloomburrow story who stole from Maha herself. All you need are those topdeck tutors, card filtering... or only having Emrakul, the Aeons Torn be your deck's only other creature.
And here's the GW signpost uncommon, going wide as Rabbits do.
He had a poisonous rapier... There is literally poison dripping from the blade in the artwork. How the F does he have Menace and not Deathtouch?

Probably he meant for commander but picked the wrong example since that specific eldrazi is banned there lol
In EDH is definitely more viable this strategy

Everyone is smart enough to get out of the way if Cruelclaw is trying to one-on-one people. Only when people huddle together in confusion does Cruelclaw's blade meet its mark.

So 98 lands and one Eldrazi titan?
The card still says "exile a *nonland* card", whatever format you play it in.

It's not great but still viable. The commander cost only 3 mana, so it's easy to cast turn 3 and even if they kill it you will never be worried to be mana screwed and he will be always available at command zone every 2 turns (in the worst cases) until opponents runs out of removals.
It's not the first time I see EDH decks running basically almost only lands, exactly because they exploit having the commander always available.
I saw Daxos and Ragavan decks running only lands for playing only stuff from opponents decks for example.
Of course that's a strategy still viable only in casual environments if you like to run a troll deck that have a shock value on opponents that understimate and are not preperated to face this the first time. For more competitive strategies I agree with his first suggestion to run "topdeck tutors, card filterings," etc.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

58 lands, a weasel and an Eldrazi titan does not feel like a great build.

Poison also doesn't necessarily act quickly.
