Here's the one-drop bounce-your-stuff creature for the Frog deck. It could even bounce itself if you're down to it and noncreature ETB rewards.
On the opposite end of the scale, this is the top end of red-based aggro while just being within expend range for RG Raccoons in Limited: the rare red "discard hand, draw X" card. Unload your last 4-MV or higher card (or last two two-drops), and reload immediately.
Ugh. With the easy two-mana ETB opponent-discard-a-card critters you can easily find in most format, this can be very annoying very fast. Imagine it comboing with the double-stun blue frog. I think i want to be simic at the pre-release.

I think the limited dream for this might be dropping it turn 1 into a turn 2 Sunshower Druid. Swings for 3 on 2, 5 on 3 and so forth. Gains you some life along the way too, in case that matters.
Notice how bouncing itself is optional, so you can drop this T1 and T2 the annoying 2-drop of your choice, such as the snail that makes the oponent exile a card or the new ETB draw frog.
