Lots of folks who saw this leaked thought it was just an Eldrazi Soul Partition in monowhite. Turns out it's an Utter End variant that's part Praetor's Grasp.
I get why people are comparing this to Utter End, but I see this as a potentially better Hurl Through Hell as it doesn't have a timer on the ability to cast the creature, albeit slightly harder to cast the creature.
