I've read elsewhere that Essence Reliquary creates a lock with The One Ring. Sadly, unlike Orim's Chant locks, your opponent can still cast sorcery-speed spells and eventually break the lock that way.
(In the meantime, I've made Micromancer tutor for the entire Orim's Chant-Ephemerate-Eternal Witness lock. The advantage of that build is that you can burn Orim's Chant as a tempo play in the early game, unlike Scepter-Chant.)
