Amped Raptor looks really nice in low-curve Modern decks like R/x Prowess and Urza's Saga Jund, even with no Energy support. It's like an updated Bloodbraid Elf!
Phlage still looks like expensive Lightning Helix early and 4-mana Inferno Titan late. Non-zero chance Zoo picks it up.
