the count of upkeeps based on damage she deals so you get 2 more upkeeps atleast when she hits
so Along with upkeep trigger stuff you want surprise instants/equipment/aura that buff her as well. As well as envasion

Yes, but you need those and the upkeep stuff. It's a lot of pieces to put together.
I don't think anyone is seriously considering this card outside of Janky weird decks....
this is certainly not seeing competitive play anytime soon.
