Uh the flavor text doesn't match of what happened. But the flavor is huge that you can target your own creatures so that might come in handy for Wayta, Trainer Prodigy decks
And a lobster that imitates Ruin Crab but in the form of committing a crime (sadly for those players this is hit by “only once”)
Six mana seems like a bit too much for this effect. It also forces you to target your own creature if they only have one on the table, or fizzles entirely if you both only have one.

Not sure about the other, but the answer to this one is definitely yes.
