Now, for the bane of Return to Ravnica Limited, Pack Rat. There is no regular printing for it in the set. The retro frame is part of the aforementioned 21, and will not be in draft boosters. However, that anime art version could be, as all anime art variants are in draft boosters. Once in a blue moon, you too could feel the power of P1P1 Pack Rat, bombing the rest of the draft, then going 4-0 with Pack Rat, 39 Swamps, and aggressive mulligans.
The release promo is a third Niv-Mizzet card, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind. Giving that its own thread will feed into his ego so I'm burying it under Pack Rat.
