There looks to be some sort of tap-my-stuff subtheme in the set, which is weird next to Eldraine's tapdown archetype. At least the set's obligatory 3-mana rock looks nice.

Wording it "bleibende Karten oder Karten" would sound weird since the latter would logically be a subset of the first. But using the more literal translation of "Permanente" is inconsistent with other cards.
It's a bit tricky either way, but going with "bleibende Karten oder Karten aus deiner Hand" would be much clearer imo.
