The final deck of the Universes Beyond: Doctor Who precons is the GWU Blast From the Past deck. It's a historic deck, lined with some of the characters and events from the stories of the first eight Doctors. The standard commander pair are The Fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith, but there are a lot of possible combinations here. To aid in that, here are that last companions in white and blue.
Alistair: dang that’s a great side commander could be a finisher in those decks
vrestin: that’s two in a row of getting insect tribal commanders but Zask, Skittering Swarmlord definitely has the advantage with B being better in bug tribal
and this is so weird I think (nearly) all the “alien” creatures in these decks (including this one) a very eligible of getting universe within treatment all because the “space opera” set coming in 2025, none of the aliens got obscure types.
John: a worse Xyris, the Writhing Storm basically with xyris you get snakes with this it’s just group hug.
Duggan: that’s nice attack trigger and body size with cards, that’s the weirdest one time use ability (unless you flicker/bounce ofcoarse)
Banish: another back breaking card in legends/artifacts/saga matter decks
Traverse: ok reminder you DO NOT! need to do legends matter because you can use it for your commanders mana value. And there’s a huge number of high MV commanders in blue that are very played
Displaced dinosaurs: this is such a tough call if worth it in Gishath, Sun's Avatar or not
it Should be but these are what your praying doesn’t get hit with Gishath while this it out (the reason is they get weaker when they come in because this is not a May ability.)

all the other legendary dinosaurs get bigger or no difference.
ps: just like Dinosaurs on a Spaceship I would think this would get a universe within version in “Veloci-ramp-tor” commander deck in “caverns of ixalan”
