Your reply is exactly as I expected and my aim was directly to trigger it.
These are *modern* sets, a format that gets a minuscule trickle of releases... unlike, say standard (a set every 2-3 months) or hum, gee, oh right EDH which gets new cards and sets every month it seems. Between every set now containing special commander-only cards and new full commander pre-con, which, again, contain multiple brand-new car design in *every* set that comes out...
So, yeah, as a modern player, I feel annoyed that the very few modern-targeted sets should somehow placate EDH players desires. You get stuff *all* *the* *time*, so coming off telling me to get off my bias is quite the disconnected opinion.
Dude, I just said that I enjoy having sets with new cards and ignore sets with all-reprints in. If WotC sees that sets with new cards are more profitable than all reprint sets, those will be the majority of the sets, even if I'm literally submerged with sets with new cards within. Seems the people that are like me are the majority or WotC wouldn't make stuff like Modern Horizon or other supplemental cards with new cards within. And since the people that prefer sets with new cards vs "all-reprint sets" are likely the majority, that's why I said that your statement that "most player don't love modern horizon set" is biased and wrong, otherwise they wouldn't make so much Modern-Horizon like products. (also me being an EDH player, as I said is just one of the billion possible reasons you can like a Modern Horizon set, so yeah I confirm your opinion is totally biased)
The problem is that your *only* argument is "I like new cards"... which every set provides.
There are more people *not* playing modern than people playing the format, so invoking something that aligns with the majority of players will always trump what modern players want. Following your logic, they might as well never make modern sets, since they are targeted at a non-majority. See the flaw? If they're going to make a modern set, it should target modern players' perspective. Your argument simply boils down that they should only print commander cards now, since that the most popular format.

My argument is that I like new cards and I'M NOT ALONE with this preference, which is why the vast majority of Mtg products are not reprint-only sets.

No, that's not my logic. I've never said that the minority should never get products, but that the majority will alwas get MORE products than the minority, even if we're literally submerged by said products. So yes, since modern is NOT the main format that people plays it will receveive much less support than Commander players have in all sets....

...and since Commander is currently the most played tabletop magic format in the world, that's why, in fact, WotC print always commander viable and desiderable cards in every set, standard or supplemental, and even when officially focused at other formats, like Modern Horizon. So yeah, my logic actually doesn't make a flaw and actually confirm that is WotC logic.
Well, we just have to disagree. I strongly believe that the fact that a format is the most popular should not dictate how products that are not targeted for that format should be produced. Especially when it degrades the product's main target, like the modern horizon release did. They drove off a lot of established modern players.
