With a few instants and flash permanents, you might be able to snipe something out during an opponent's turn. Most likely, however, this is just an extra boost to a combat trick.
Wow, this makes the XB Faerie-themed removal spell even better. -4/-4 at instant speed for just B? That's a bargain, at 4 MV without Flash or Ward I don't see this being played in Standard, but pick it high if you wanna draft Dimir Faeries.
