Just how often is Celebration supposed to trigger in Limited that the uncommons look like this? Is there enough ETB token generation (between Rats and Roles) for this to work consistently?
I mean, it's still a 3/3 for 2R, so you don't need it to trigger every turn for it to at least be relevant. But it does feel like there have been several somewhat underperforming red 3-drops with a set mechanic, so maybe this ends up being more like a C/C- for limited.
I feel pretty confident celebration isn't too much of an ask. Seems like every other common produces at least one token in this set. Even the expensive burn spells are making tokens. Play a return triumphant and go to town.
