Pay 1 red to cast Lightning Bolt targeting a creature for 3 damage, which Torbran bumps to 5 damage. Imodane triggers and deals 5 to each opponent, which Torbran bumps to 7.
One red to kill an X/5 and dome each opponent for 7, at instant speed? Sign me up.
Welp I guess lightning bolt is finally getting a home in commander.
Less "home" and more "decrepit old shack at the backwaters of Mordor". Imodane shoulda have costed 3, at 4 she competes with Torbran and Toralf and she's the worst of the three. Hell, the former can cast End the Festivities to do the same but better. Cool concept for a card but bad execution.
Asinine Antics is pretty dope but not sure if worth running on its own, sweet with Constellation and in decks capable of killing weenies with ease like Silumgar, the Drifting Death or Tibor and Lumia but P/T reduction by itself won't save you from being 'hoofed or drowned in card advantage.
Is there a reason asinine antics isn't worded "base power and toughness"?

Reminder text is often more concise and less formal than rules text would normally be.

Thou shalt not have others of the same Legendary before me Thou shalt not frame images with the modern card face Thou shalt not change rules in vain Remember the Reserved List to keep it holy Honor thy Slivers and the symmetry of their abilities Thou shalt not kill mana burn Thou shalt not sacrifice depth for accessibility Thou shalt not steal combat damage from the stack Thou shalt tell a story through thy cards All must be one
Antics definitely seems like the biggest chase card of the set, wow
I like the art, but this still feels worse than cards like polymorphist's jest, humility, and overwhelming splendor as it doesn't remove any abilities.
Granted, it doesn't target the creatures or the opponent(s) so at least it gets through hexproof and shroud
Yeah, Antics definitely has one advantage over Polymorphist's Jest and Overwhelming Splendor in that something like Witchbane Orb can't stop it; you have to counter it or it's shrinky-dink time. But unlike those, it doesn't remove abilities from anything, so it functions better as a complement to those cards than a replacement. Which is good design, I think.
Another bonus is that it hoses a lot of the 4/4 creatures this set seems fond of creating, since the last P/T-altering effect to be played is the one which counts.
One thing I think people are forgetting with Antics is that Roles are enchantments and many ways to gain benefit from spitting out 6+ enchantments at one time.

For example, if you put it in an Esper deck with Eriette, it almost entirely stops you from being attacked and starts draining you a boatload of life. Not to mention all the Enchantress shenanigans. (I'd thought this would work with the new Will, but not if Eriette triggers at E.o.T. since there's no way to speed up "as a sorcery" abilities.)
At rare, the leaked Imodane shares all that non-player burn onto your opponents too.
At uncommon, a Morbid Plunder with a "reanimate Sheoldred" option.
Finally at common, a Concentrate with a high-flying Faerie for 1 extra.

Fire Covenant and mogg maniac got a new toy.

I used to be a demigod, but now I'm an omnimage
I doubt that this doesn't remove the abilties like other cards

Well, it doesn't. From the mechanics article the roles have the following effects:

W(W/U)U Ephara - Flash & Taxes W(W/U)U || B(B/G)G Meren - Circle of Life B(B/G)G
RGW Marath - Ever shifting Wilds RGW || (U/R)C(W/B) Breya - Artificial Dominion (U/R)C(W/B)
UBR Becket Brass - take what you can, give nothing back UBR
