One of the restrictions of bonus sheets is they have to either be relatively generic, or mention a character that mattered to the world. Fortunately for us, something with as much utility as Garruk's Uprising can get reprinted because Garruk was on Eldraine on the last visit.
Ok finally I should be able to get this card at the right price. Felt like dummy when I didn,t get it while less than a dollar (when the set first came out)
