The rare "look at top X draw two" effect seems to have been upgraded to recurring status. Here it rides on the bargain mechanic to go from digging four cards deep to eight cards deep.
I bet we see a few other victims of the standard rotation change. This won't see play until Memory Deluge rotates.
Yeah that's just what I was thinking. This could be made playable pretty easily with even a little token generation but why do that when there's more or less the same card but better out there?
