there is already a lot board wipes that can do the same thing. how many do they need?
re conquest: the nice thing is that this is all done on resolution and you do not need to choose targets at cast. so no significant blow-outs are possible and you can sacrifice and reanimate the same thing which allows for blink-like shenaningans in black which is somewhat unusual.
