The second precon is the URW Planeswalker Party precon. It's a Superfriends deck with the usual proliferate and pillowfort support. Working with Commodore Guff to wrangle all these walkers around is Lukka's pet winged cat. Decklist is here.
Side commander: wait a second lukkas tiger wasn't named. Nice copy thing so bananas with the chain veil (WHICH IS A REPRINT IN THE DECK BY THE WAY!)
Planeswalkers
white: I think this is a lot better than what meets the eye especially focusing the different direction thing.
blue: WOW! I completely forgot about this dude! If I recalled The lore correct with him is he was hired by avacyn to cure garruk of his curse but he died trying
red: another chandra and it’s probably the most planeswalker tribal card ever
other Cards
Beacon: I definitely called this one that would work like Agent's toolkit but what I didn't count on is…ITS A WHITE MANA ROCK!
Onakke: wow we already got another onakke orge not to long after “MOM” and this one is very nice pillow fort for planeswalkers even resurrects one for a exile from yard cost
visionary: that’s interesting it let’s planeswalkers join the party of creatures attacking. Even gives them hexproof and scry 1 on hit. But the side of me is ready to say “GOTCHA!” when I flash out a Rout or retaliate or Tsabo's Decree picking bird
Pheonix: oh that’s a nice one copy a ability of a planeswalker ability when it hits and it comes back from walkers being cast
rewrite history: I had no idea he drew like a child just to stop yawgmoth/phyrexians from winning in the story. Anyway basically it’s chaos warp on steroids, (goes from single target to one for everybody including yourself) but catch is now I can do sorceries/instants as well. Ofcoarse for your target you would target a stupid token or something you don't need anymore.
reprints: a little chaff like the slivers deck but however the reprints are way better. You get 3 lorwyn block filter lands the ramp reprints is amazing for jeskai. And clearly the highlight reprint… The Chain Veil first official reprint not in “the list”
Beacon: I definitely called this one that would work like Agent's toolkit but what I didn't count on is…ITS A WHITE MANA ROCK!
Since almost all mana rocks are colorless, being white is actually a drawback not a good thing. You wanna know what's a good white mana rock? Wand of the Worldsoul. Now that's a good card with explosive potentials and versatile uses in multiple decks. This thing do mediocre results even in best-dreams scenarios. Do not want in my optimized superfriends builds.

no I’m talking about making mono white for mono white decks
Oh right, tokens. Most of these are emblems, because planeswalkers. Note that each pair of tokens presented here moving forward represents 1 double-faced token.
lol dude come on, if somebody plays this in an Atraxa super friends deck, you'd be lying if you said your bunghole wasn't twitching a bit when it hits the board. I know mine would be.
lol dude come on, if somebody plays this in an Atraxa super friends deck, you'd be lying if you said your bunghole wasn't twitching a bit when it hits the board. I know mine would be.
I've played countless of superfriends decks over the years, much more than you probably. I've played Atraxa, Dihada, Nicol Bolas Ravager, Sisay, Esika, Aminatou, Tibalt and many others as generals for superfriends decks, all my decks always play from 10 to 20 planeswalkers even without having a specific superfriends theme or strategy, and I know very well in 100 precious slots what are the must-cards to have for this archetype in over 30 years of game history and 25.000+ unique card pieces, since I made countless researches to see what is great and what is sub-optimal, and this, my dear friend, is sub-optimal, even with Atraxa interactions the card is just plain mediocre overall and I already showed you many other options at same mana cost with much more potentials of greatness. Not to say all decklist is thrash, there is a couple of actually pretty good cards, at least for Dihada decks, but this, I'm sorry, is not one of them, and I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about more than you here.
EDIT: also the fact that only mention loyalty counters and nothing else is another thing that makes this so bad. Even stuff like Animation Module or ANY proliferate card have much more potential and design exploration than this card. What a wasted design and utter disappointment, we could had a Blood Poet in black border and we got this piece of cr*p instead.

Lighten up Francis lol. A deck doesn't have to be the most perfectly finely tuned 25.000 times folded steel to be a good and fun. You remind me of the guys at my LGS who at best would call a card "looks decent" unless it was plainly 100% instant ban worthy levels of power, because they wouldn't want to be caught later as the guy who "you said this card was good but it actually sucks lol" because they thought it would make them lose face or some other pointless thing lol. "But it sucks if I have x, y or z!" yeah and it rules if you don't. The alpha-nerd tough guy attitude is so tiresome.
It's a good card for sure. Atraxa will love it.
A deck doesn't have to be the most perfectly finely tuned 25.000 times folded steel to be a good and fun.
First, you can call Francis your sister. Second, I nowhere talked about perfection, I even said a couple of cards of this decks are good but this wasn't one of them. What I said is that this card is mediocre, and if your ass twitch for mediocrity, well good for you I guess, my standards are highers.
Is a mediocre as mana rock and mediocre as a PW card support. I prefer a card doing one thing good that two bad. Good Atraxa decks would not love this. Good Atraxa decks loves stuff like Everflowing Chalice, Astral Cornucopia, Honor-Worn Shaku or Coalition Relic if we talk about mana rocks and Staff of Compleation, Pir, Imaginative Rascal, Ichormoon Gauntlet or Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion for PW support. I could name you over hundred of cards that Atraxa would love to have before even thinking to want to slot this.
Obviously bad players will play anything goes without even thinking if it's worth the slot, so sure enjoy the mediocrity, I won't stop you, I suggest you to run also all the Obelisks of Alara in your decks since you seems to love so much mediocre cards.
The alpha-nerd tough guy attitude is so tiresome.
It's a good card for sure.
You know what is really tiresome? Incompetent players that think to teaches guys that play EDH since it's inception how to play this game. The illusion that all opinions matters the same just because everybody now have an internet connection is a reflection of the cultural decadence of current society, and not only for Magic. O tempora, o mores. And I'm done wasting my time here, I have better to do.
Getting Lukka's cat named is not a bad thing, I guess. Despite he never named her or really cared about her. Except for getting pissed when Kudro ordered to execute it. Whatever.
Vronos is OK, though I really hoped for Feroz.
Guff Rewrites History .... well, what the **** should tnis be? First, he in fact did not REWRITE it, he erased the already written victory of Phyrexia and give the fate chance to decide itself.
I really have no idea wha these silly doodles should be.
And mechanic-wise....meh. Again, a chaos effect could be expected, but with name such as this, I really expected something like "return the game back to its state at the beginning of this turn".
I am glad we got him (now give us the Taysir "family", Bo Levar and (not 9-titan) Leshrac!)and we are good, wizards. Kinda disappointed that we god a nineteenth Chandra instead of a new (or old) character. Teyo's spot could have been taken by Daria, but I guess it would not fit flavorfully.
Overall, I am glad for this deck, but nothing to write home about.

Its just meant to show off the reality bending powers Guff had not anything specific.

"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
Vronos is so polarizing. It looks like it was designed by a child.
What an easy street card. Just hide all your stuff until you can ultimate. Indestructible is so toxic the way they abuse it, especially here (alongside unblockable?!).
This should have been a 4 loyalty planeswalker for 2UU with the first ability simply phasing out one permanent of any kind. Then everything else could stay the same, except you're getting a 9/9 already, why not just give the ultimate trample instead? That's so much more fun and interactive. Shroud would have been a fair ability then in the trinity. Can't buff but can't be debuffed. So a 9/9 with trample, vigilance, and shroud instead.

you sure get easily impressed for a mana rock that pump a PW of only one loyalty 3 times in total. Better you don't know the existence of Oath of Gideon, Resourceful Defense, Gilder Bairn or Staff of Compleation or you might get a stroke.
It would do extremely well in atraxa or any other proliferate heavy deck.

meh, sadly it doesn't really matter what rarity you put on the cards if they are inside a precon anyway.
