Kemba, Kha Regent and Kykar, Wind's Fury are an awkward pairing, unless you just want to dump Equipment out of your deck. I do like that Kykar's art looks like it belongs on a birdwatcher's manual.
Agreed, primarily because the wing gives it a border, and the eye is looking at the player instead of gazing off to the left.
I still find the card strange by design. Why would it produce and sac spirits instead of bird or hatchling tokens? Even fish tokens would make more sense flavorwise.
What's more interesting is the fact that Kemba has been downshifted to uncommon
Perhaps Brimaz, King of Oreskos will also be in this set shifted down to rare?
I already have a few copies including the Secret Lair variant, but that would still make me happy.
